I loved working with Blaine. We had a major kitchen remodel and Blaine suggested that we gut the kitchen and start from scratch. This gave us a clean slate. Blaine spent time studying the layout and determining the best location for lights etc. He read and reread all of the installation instructions so that there were no surprises. They cleaned up all of their "messes" on a daily basis so that kept our dust to a minimum. (Both of us have allergies.). I knew exactly when to expect them to arrive (both to start the project and his daily work.). The kitchen really works for me and I am very pleased that we chose Fine Line Construction to do the project. We discussed the project daily to make sure that both of us had the same expectations for that day and that week. Blaine is conscientious and is a hard worker. He did bring us some floor samples and I chose one of his options. I love his choice..... and know that I wouldn't have been looking at this particular tile without his suggestion. The stores and people that he recommended resulted in fewer issues as these people knew their business. Although he took a bit longer than others and his cost was just slightly higher, I have had no regrets at all. I know that the kitchen was done correctly. I have peace of mind . You will not regret hiring Blaine to do your renovations~

Blaine did an awesome job from start to finish on a bathroom renovation for our historic home. He took his time to answer our questions and understand what would work best for us! With everything from the initial contract, to picking materials, understanding best practices, and his daily progress, Blaine’s focus is on communication, quality and our satisfaction with the project. We are so grateful to have discovered Blaine and Fine Line Construction, LLC, at a home show in Winchester. We came to him with some vague ideas that he was able to transform into a beautiful reality. He and his crew are polite and caring about the condition of the home. Blaine is a craftsman as well as a contractor, with great attention to detail and suggested things that my husband and I would never have considered. We hired Fine Line to install custom built in shelves in the Great Room (photo attached) and remodel the kitchen (photos attached). We definitely recommend Fine Line Construction for any project you might be considering! They have renovated 4 bathrooms for us in 2 homes plus a compete kitchen remodel. The crew is very professional and leaves the worksite tidy everyday when they leave. Their work is high quality especially the tile work and they were willing to work with various budget considerations from a luxury master bath to a mid level upgrade for a house being flipped.

It was a pleasure working with Blaine and his crew. They are meticulous, very detail oriented and hardworking and willing to redo work if its not up to their standards or they're not satisfied. Excellent work, great crew. Took a little long to finish but flexibility was required on both sides and was easily given. Changes were easy. Love them and would not hesitate to recommend them. Using Fine Line again for other projects.

Fine Line Construction review I have been wanting to build a deck on my house for over ten years. I met Blaine (owner) Fine Line Construction from a friend who mentioned he did great work. I checked his work out online and was impressed with what I saw. We set up a meeting and he came out and explained what was going to happen. He was very professional and very nice. He sat and talked with us about what we wanted and asked a lot of questions to make sure he understood what we were looking for. He came back at some time with drawn plans and different options for what he could do and prices. We sat down again and made decisions about what was going to happen. He added some features that we had never thought of doing or needing. He never seemed like all of our questions or concerns were trivial. He talked us through each step. He was very accommodating of our schedule, having children we had some constraints and changes to timing. Our deck was finished back in June. We have had three birthday parties and several other gatherings. Everyone that has seen and been on the deck is extremely impressed. We have had our new doors open daily and eat and sit on our screened in section of deck nightly. This has been the best investment I have made, it has added a whole new room to my house. Blaine has brought my dream of tens years come to life and I couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend Fine Line Construction for any project you have.

My wife and I finally have a renovated master bathroom that we can enjoy. Once we decided to finally remodel our master bathroom we contacted several contractors for estimates. Most gave an estimate that was out of our budget and seemed inflexible. Fine Line Contraction worked with us to come up with a plan within our budget and kept us informed every step of the way during the project. To redesign a master bathroom in an older house one needs to hire an experienced contractor who can deal with uneven floors and uneven walls. Fine Line Construction was up to the task. The project did take a little longer than anticipated but their attention to detail was exceptional. All the tile was laid perfectly. The glass door on the shower was hung perfectly. They added a custom-made shelf that provided needed storage space. Furthermore they did not skimp on materials. Just because we were trying to stay within a budget, all the fixtures and tiles were of high quality. I would not hesitate to use Fine Line Construction again.

We hired Fine Line Construction to tile our kitchen floor and master bath floor and shower surround. Blaine was so easy to work with. He's reliable and he takes great pride in his work.
