We have had the pleasure of supplying reclaimed materials for a project that Jared Haas of un.box studio designed. He used our antique reclaimed tobacco pine in a modern bathroom design and it turned out amazing. He understands how to marry the incredibly modern with the warm, rich, history that only reclaimed wood can bring to a project. Jared and his team have impeccable taste Our remodel project was difficult because we asked him to take the addition in a more modern direction, without violating the sensibility of the existing parts of the house. The results have been spectacular! Every person who enters our home remarks on how different the space feels, and yet, how it feels as though it should have always been this way. Jared nailed each request, and applied a unique sense of scale and proportion, which was difficult because of a monster-sized, existing fireplace that had to stay in the design. Un-Box was the right combination of responsiveness, cooperation, collaboration, care, talent and price. Which...after 3 previous tries with other firms, is nothing short of miraculous. Our family has had Lake property,used as a family park for over 2 generations;mostly in the summer and for celebratory events. Our need was to create a space for a growing family and expand time together in a conditioned room.
