As someone who has been a homeowner for several years, I understand how there will always be the occasional repairs and such. But I don't want to neglect to the point of large projects that cost a lot of money. The need to find someone honest, reliable, and someone who will call you back AND show up is large. BMH was recommended enthusiastically by a Black Mtn. friend. Not until meeting with Charlie Wilson was I aware they could handle a renovation in turnkey fashion. They were the perfect fit for what I needed in modest work on kitchen & baths. First, the service is beyond amazing. They communicate efficiently and thoroughly via email, texts & phone with constant updates. The team quickly responds to questions/concerns. Secondly, the excellent work reflects a conscientious approach to their craft. The results were superior, and nothing was out of place or in disarray upon completion. BMH's charges are most reasonable and the value for price paid is 100%. This company treats their customers as if they were the only one being served at the time. I can't thank Mark and his crew enough for doing an excellent job in my laundry room. Finding a wall that is damaged is one thing, but finding a pipe that is broken behind that wall is a whole other thing. And Mark and his guys found it, fixed it, repaired the wall and the boards and the floor joist, and painted. The young men who work for Mark are a joy to have in the house as they are kind and trustworthy. BMT Handyman is my go-to and that of many of my real estate clients.
