Hiring the right landscape architect can turn the ordinary into the extraordinary. We've had a relationship with Daly-Sublette for the past 16 years. We already had pool plans drawn up by the swimming pool contractor when we saw a pool designed by Brian Sublette. It was awesome! We hired Brian to redesign the plans for our pool. Without changing our budget, Daly-Sublette designed a backyard oasis, not just a pool. Now, after purchasing a very plain 1960's ranch home, Brian has given it character with a new paver/landscape design. I highly recommend this firm for all of your landscape design. Brian is professional, truly talented, and most important to me ..... patient.

Brian and his team have done an excellent job in designing our backyard pool/patio area. We are in the installation phase now and have been very pleased with the process. Because Brian is so meticulous and precise with his design and is available to the contractors, the installation has been smooth.

We have worked with Brian Sublette on the design of our front and rear yard at our new house. George and Randy have been involved in the planting and weekly maintenance of the yard. Our back yard includes a pool, huge goldfish pond, greenhouse, huge fountain we were bringing in from our previous residence, and a pergola. We had to work within the constraints of a huge oak tree we were trying to save, shade and four dogs. We have a combination of pavers, canine grass, plantings, and an aggregate area in the rear yard. In the front yard, we wanted to continue on with the Acadiana look of the design of the house. They planted a good size oak tree on one side and a holly tree on the other side. All this was tied in by large beddings of plants. Under one front window, Brian was able to incorporate a sugar kettle with a statue (that we brought with us) into a special area with pavers and miniature mondo grass, water and a water lily. We hired Daly-Sublette to maintain our yard. Aside from cutting the grass in the front, they blow off the entire backyard , WEED, manicure the plants, and then PICK UP the leaves and debris . We have no grass in the back yard. At appropriate times they will change our annuals, fertilize, etc. The thing that was very important to me was that Brian listened to me and was able to use a lot of things that we have accumulated over the last 70 years. As a gardner for a lot of years, I had some strong opinions of what I wanted and did not want. I feel Brian worked well with me to accomplish a beautiful yard that works well while listening to me and incorporating some of my favorites..

We contracted Daly-Sublette to plan and implement a complete re-design of our yard. The final landscaping plan included: lighting, irrigation, water feature, patio expansion with covered pergola, outdoor kitchen, new fencing with chain-wall, new sidewalk and driveway. Brian and his crew were wonderful to work with. They did a great job coordinating all of the sub-contractors. The project was completed by the deadline and turned out even better than we imagined. I would definitely use Daly-Sublette for another project in the future.

I'm an Architect/Designer and hired Daly-Sublette to redesign my yard and provide a drainage plan as the existing plan was problematic. They far exceeded my expectations with a spectacular site plan that incorporated all of my drainage needs as well as low maintenance landscaping. Brian Sublette presented us with well designed plans for our yard with a detailed explanation of every plant material that was going to be used. He patiently worked with us to tweak the plans to better suit our needs. Without Brian's vision, knowledge and experience, we would never had achieved the look we desired for our space. The plans were implemented in a timely fashion by a very professional and courteous staff. We have never received so many compliments on our yard as it truly is a showstopper.

We hired Daly-Sublette to design a hot tub, small cocktail pool and courtyard in our French Quarter home. Brian was very knowledgeable about the historical context of the home and even presented the plans at the architectual committee review board for us. We gained approval after the first meeting. I have used Daly-Sublette several times to design different areas of my property (1.28 acres) located in River Ridge, LA. The last completed project was a pergola and outdoor kitchen with formal gardens. I told Brian to design an area where we will drink wine and entertain. His design was perfect - very Napa looking and inviting. He is now designing a formal pond and grand side entrance area, All hardscapes, water features, gardens, irrigation, drainage and lawn are designed by Daly-Sublette. He also maintains our French Quarter courtyard garden.
