We had a small renovation done in our apartment in Margate City, NJ. We found the owner, Rich, to be upfront, honest and well priced. He communicated well during the construction process, especially because we could not be at the site very often. When the work was completed, our apartment was left neat and clean.

We could not be happier with the complete remodel of our condo which was artfully handled by Rich and his crew. The project took 5 months to complete. There were a few unforeseeable obstacles and Rich worked with us to overcome them. Rich is great to work with. He is honest and fair. His crew is highly professional and their attention to detail is excellent and take great pride in their work. I was extremely involved in the project and knew what I wanted. But there were many times when I relied on their opinion on how to handle the installation of material and was never disappointed. Rich and his crew took our vision and made it a dream come true. I have no hesitation recommending him to family and friends.

The complete remodeling of a bathroom and living room (new floors, walls, electrical work, counter top) went well. The contractor was very responsive and accommodating throughout. When unforeseen problems occurred (for instance, a plumbing problem with the apartment below), there were no extra charges. I would recommend this contractor.

Great guy! Knows how to tackle tough ones. I needed stairs to the rear covered porch on the second floor. Rich supported the roof over the porch with jacks, removed the rotted wood and built everything from scratch. No problems with the roof when he removed the jacks. Happy customer.
