Big Comfort

DO NOT BUY FROM BIG COMFORT. We purchased a bed frame July 2019 and it is now March 2020 and we have yet to receive it. We've tried contacting them for months now to get a refund and they have completely stopped responding by phone, email, Facebook, etc. They are removing negative comments posted on their Facebook page to hide the fact that there are tons of people asking where their orders are. Shady business !!!

17 hours ago We DO NO RECOMMEND purchasing anything from this company!!! We ordered a sectional from Big Comfort at the end September, 2018. We were told it would be a 5 week delivery. Today is February 1st 2019 and we still do not have our couch. We have had no communication from the company -we have contacted them numerous times ourselves to be told a wide range of different reasons why we have not had delivery. When we ask for communication to be returned no one calls. We were told that our couch would be delivered end January and they would send us a confirmation email about this-we never received that email. Today when we contacted them they could not tell us anything about our couch. They have had over $4000 of our money for 4 months now. We DO NO RECOMMEND purchasing anything from this company!!!

We were offered 2 sofas we liked, just as we settled on one of them, some guy comes and tells our salesperson it's sold. Store manager's response (With an I don't care attitude): It was sold in the morning (At least 6 hours ago) from our other location and that's it. When I asked if they have some kind of a process to avoid situations like that, he answered that they don't and that's it. My wife left with tears in her eyes.
