BGW Doors

We purchased a BGW, aka DoorDestination.com, "Contemporary Entry Door with 6 Lite Glass Heavy Mahogany Door with a Dark Walnut Finish pre-Hung" in 2020. The door is under a large porch and so does not see any type of extreme weather conditions. It was purchased in February 2020 and installed 90 days later. Less than 3 years later, the door is "delaminating" and the parts under the glass are pulling away from the door, leaving unsightly gaps. DoorDestination notes their 1 year warranty on the door and will not assist. So we have this expensive door and installation and are going to have to replace it. Be warned and stay away from this company!

Terrible company. No corporation Just bought a new door 2017 and door condition is really bad now. Fiber glass door quality is very poor. Door is chipping, wood is shrinking and paint gets all faded.
