Betsy is a joy to work with. She listens and inspires her clients with creative styling. Betsy is also respectful of her clients budgets. All with beautiful results of a completed space that the client is thrilled to share with family and friends.

I am a retired architect who, over a period of years, has collaborated with Betsy Lynn Abend on several of her design projects. Some of these projects were: •A private residence in Lake Worth, FL in 2013 •A penthouse apartment in Miami Beach, FL (approx. 3,800sf) in 2012 •A Tuscan Villa in Las Vegas, NV (approx. 10,000sf) in 2002 •The Hawthorn Suites, Scottsdale, AZ (93 Boutique Guest Rooms & all public spaces), budget $1.2 million in 2000 •The Inn Above Tide, Sausalito, CA (Boutique Hotel ,with 27 Guest Suites), budget $1.2 million, adjacent to San Francisco Bay, in 1995 During our collaborations Ms. Abend was cognizant of and attentive to the clients time and budget constraints. Her design solutions were based on meetings with the client to evaluate their wants, concerns, and needs. In these projects, as well as others, the clients were very pleased with the final results. Her on-the-job supervision of the work being done was an important factor which resulted in a completed project of the highest quality. Betsy Lynn listened very carefully to how I wanted to transform my living room fireplace wall to accommodate a flat screen TV, bookshelves and storage for my media equipment. She was sensitive to the budget constraints I had, but I never felt she compromised the design esthetic we were going for. She coordinated implementation of the design, beginning with the conceptual drawings to working one on one with the custom mill work fabricator. The outcome was a spectacular, functional family living space from a living room that had been unused space in my home, I cannot say enough about how easy Betsy Lynn was to work with and how she made the process so easy - she did everything - I did not have to take off work to be home with the crew. Her professionalism and creativety are definitely 5 Star! Ella Faye Chazan
