Holland Design is a full service staging company, providing both partial and full home stages. Our goal is for all perspective buyers to be able to visualize themselves in a home staged by Holland Design. We provide an array of services that allow you to choose the appropriate level to meet your personal needs. Full Home Staging A full staging is geared towards an empty property. The client/tenant has moved out and the home is completely or mostly unfurnished. We bring in the necessary furniture, linens, rugs and accessories to compliment your property and make it show at its absolute best. Partial Home Staging If you are still living on the property during the the sale process, a partial staging is the perfect option. We work with the clients existing furniture, by editing, rearranging or adding furniture, linens, rugs, and accessories. We understand the challenges of living in a house while on the market and work to be be respectful of the occupants. Consulting We offer consulting services to home owners. This is our most cost-effective option for a client. We assess your needs and make recommendations for the client to implement.
