We purchased a new living room sectional and two chairs. This is truly fine furniture. We shopped all of our local furniture stores and always walked away disappointed. Someone mentioned to me about Johnson's and we took the drive and became thoroughly impressed. I'm glad I didn't let a bit of distance deter us. From the selection, quality, custom choices to the caring delivery men, it is a delight. They stand behind the products. It's a great place, good value and everything a furniture store should be.

Johnson Furniture provided their professional expertise in designing my great room. Beth was highly knowledgeable in both her product and design. She made an onsite visit, made recommendations, sent items home on approval and continued to update us on options that she researched. The room is beautiful. Although we are not residents of Racine, we were superbly pleased with every person with whom we had contact at Johnson Furniture on Washington Ave from the owner, Jim, and his very knowledgeable sales staff, courteous and helpful office personnel, to the delivery men who were very polite and respectful. We live some 400 miles from Racine in the far NW suburb of the Twin Cities.and I wish that we could find a local business in our area which possessed a token of the dedication to professionalism and courtesy which was totally apparent as it was projected in every phone conversation and every personal interaction with any and all employees. In late September, 2014, my wife and I visited Johnson Furniture to find an assisted lift recliner and a smaller couch as she would be moving to an assisted living facility, Home Harbor in Racine. Jim and one of his sales team assisted us to find and order these items in patterns ans styles which she could appreciate and enjoy along with a double bed, mattress and box spring which would be appropriately sized for her new home. Due to the nebulous time frame as to when her new quarters would be available, Johnson Furniture held the delivery at their store until she moved in on February 1, 2015. They also delivered her lift assist recliner to her former home to aid her until her new apartment became available on February !, 20i5. To our amazement and extreme pleasure Jim had his delivery men pick up this new assisted lift recliner and re-deliver it to her new home to further assist us as we navigated this move, which could have been rather difficult due to the logistics and timing. All in all, Johnson Furniture, is a business that will always be highly esteemed by our family and certainly should be strongly considered by your family for any present or future furnishing needs which might arise for your family. Shopping locally with established family businesses will help us all to maintain our local communities where they also live, pay taxes and support local activities. We had Beth Spangenberg pick out new living room high back chairs to upgrade our living room. We had dining room arm chairs mixed in with our sofa dual facing sofas. She is a fabulous interior designer and our living room is now complete. The chairs are CR Laine chairs. She even added a leather ottoman table/footrest. We are looking to have them do custom window blinds this spring.
