Purchased an Electrolux washer and dryer in April 2023 from Josh and manager Rick. 1 month later catastrophic washer drum failure with flooding of laundry room, entry and garage. Notified them within 20 minutes, followed all of their directives and 3 weeks later…NO RESOLUTION, NO CALL BACKS WHEN PROMISED. Horrible customer service.

We had Rick Peters come to our home and measure the dimensions of our kitchen space. Rick, then, came up with multiple plans trying to accommodate our lengthy, wish list using our small, narrow footprint. Some ideas from our wish list was to keep the work stations separate, install a 36" grilling/cook top where a 30" range once was, place two double ovens in our old pantry area, fit a seven cubic feet larger refrigerator in our kitchen taking space from an unused coat closet, and create an island with a work station as well as eating for four people. Although the wish list was excessive for our small space, Rick came through with a design that encompassed all of the items of our list. The island has a custom eating area comprised of a custom built pedestal and apron. This idea came from me searching Houzz and although Rick Peters hadn't ever worked with this custom specialty builder, he coordinated its manufacturing, then had it shipped to our cabinetry company for painting and glazing. Our builder, Rick Ballweber is an expert craftsman who has worked with Best for many years and made our designs a reality. This combination of the two Ricks resulted in a kitchen that exceeded our dreams. We wouldn't have changed a thing after enjoying it for the past four months. We would certainly recommend using Best to our friends.

I purchased my kitchen cabinets from Best Kitchen Cabinets & Appliance Center. I worked with Mark on the design and ultimate purchase of the cabinets. I found him to be knowledgeable and very accommodating as I debated over which features I wanted and that would fit into my budget. He kept in contact with me during my selection process.

We used Best Kitchen for our cabinets, appliances, granite and flooring. They offered excellent design ideas, provided great customer service and all products were delivered on time and professionally installed.
