My husband and I purchased our draperies with Sunshine Draperies in St Louis MO and had a wonderful experience. Sheri, our designer helped us to choose the perfect look and colors for our bedroom windows. Sheri took an interest in our project and gave us confidence in our final look which we knew would be incredible. We love the fact that the draperies are made locally by their excellent team right here in St Louis and that makes a big difference to us. Sheila, your customer service representative followed up quickly and easily when I had a question and she provided excellent customer service. Your team of professional installers provided an outstanding knowledge of the task at hand and worked very efficiently to complete their projects. The draperies arrived wrapped in bags with the folds clearly set and the installers made certain the creases were perfect before they left. It was made clear to us that Sunshine Drapery is like a well tuned machine. Everyone does their part to ensure their customers happiness with the finished product. Very professional, quick to respond, understood what I wanted and gave excellent advice. My drapes are beautiful and I am impressed. I received a response to my initial email within minutes (on a Sunday!), got an appointment quickly and drapes were delivered and installed when promised. I was very comfortable with them in my home.
