Having just recently moved to Bend, my wife and I were looking to furnish our new home. We had clear ideas of what we were after, but navigating the furniture world was another thing. The design staff at BF&D took the time to listen to what we like and don’t, they looked at all of our inspiration images, and guided us seamlessly through furnishing nearly every room in our home. In addition to the furniture, we updated nearly all of the lighting fixtures and even our mattresses. The best I’ve ever owned! We are in love with not only the aesthetic of each and every piece, but the quality and value are unbeatable. I can’t wait to go back and pick up some additional small pieces and gorgeous pillows that I keep thinking of.

When we first met at the beautiful BF & D showroom, Danielle took the time to understand how we hoped to live in our casual vacation home in Caldera Springs. She presented us with a functional layout for every room and offered beautiful kid & pet-friendly options for all our furniture pieces. She understood our budget and found gorgeous fabrics and styles that are perfect for our active family. We wanted a luxurious yet comfortable modern-rustic vibe and Danielle interpreted what we were aiming for from the get-go. Bend Furniture & Design came highly recommended and did not disappoint. From the first introduction, Heather made us feel like valued friends and really listened to our needs. Danielle and Heather worked together to design our great room and guest bedroom furniture layout to combine elegance, comfort and practicality. They visited the construction site several times to take room measurements and incubate ideas. They accommodated the fact that we couldn't order all the furniture right away, and helped us work with some existing furniture so we could stagger the design process. Furniture delivery was exactly as promised and we are loving all the choices we made. The furniture is very good quality and will last a lifetime. BF&D is a wonderful family-owned local business that can really offer excellent service and quality products. We look forward to working with them for many years to come!

My wife and I met with the owner, Heather, and her staff of Bend Furniture & Design multiple times during our decision making process for this purchase. She came highly reccommended by a previous client and we were so glad we got the referral. Everyone we met and worked with at the store were very friendly, professional, and collaborative in their efforts to assist us. We ended up working with Heather and her design consultant Danielle for the bulk of the project, however the rest of the team knew us by name each time we called or came into the store. We asked for and received support in all phases of the process; sharing our ideas with them, engaging them for design consultation, site visits, measurements, computer-generated floor lay-out and color and fabric choices. They worked within our budget and even recommended several ways for us to save money where we could. There was zero pressure for us to purchase anything, in fact, they treated us like you would treat a good friend, that is, with patience and support. Ultimately, we purchased several significant pieces for our new custom home and the choices were beautiful and worked perfectly. The delivery was on time and as stated, and the pieces came in perfect condition. We could not be happier and I highly recommend Bend Furniture & Design!

Contacted Bend Furniture and Design when we were building our new home. They worked with us from the beginning by looking at our floor plan and talking with us to understand our style and what we were trying to accomplish within our home. They have gone out and found pieces that work for our style and budget. Their sense of style and interior design are absolutely wonderful. After months of searching for quality, stylish furniture in Bend I walked in and knew I had found the perfect match. The owner and staff were warm and welcoming. Our designer Danielle identified dining and bedroom firniture that fit our modern rustic style. When we had a service issue with the manufacturer the team at Bend Furniure went over and above to get it taken care of to our satisfaction. Bend Furniture is like working with your dream team . They are not only talented they are caring and want you to be truly happy. We were new to Bend and wisely trusted them to furnish and decorate our entire house. They took time to understand us and how we live and what we like. They made sure we had furniture that my 6'4 husband would be comfortable in and I, at 5'3 would love too. I can't recommend them enough. We have a tudor style house and Bend Furniture was able to easily work within that frame work. We keep their cards on file at our house and have many thankful friends after sending them to Bend Furniture.

We worked with Pamela from Bend Furniture & Design for a room layout and help with exterior paint colors. She did a fabulous job quickly tuning into our style and making quality and unique suggestions. We really valued her ability to provide her honest feedback while listening to our needs, incorporating them into her solutions. We ended up purchasing a couch that we love and going with the final paint colors we chose with her for the exterior. All in all a wonderful experience!
