This was our second basement Reno with Hill developments. The team created a beautiful hallway and fourth bedroom in the basement for our daughter. All workmanship and services were performed professionally and at a high level. We are happy with everything they did. The team also did a few small things as we went, never questioning. Always willing to help. Highly recommend.!!

Ben installed my flooring. He was very professional, punctual , and demonstrated alot of patience in explaining about the process for the installation. His quality of work shows in every step. Highly recommended.

Bathroom renovation (small bathroom in condo): Ben was super easy to work with and the team was prompt and professional. They completed extremely high-quality work in a matter of a couple of days. Since I only have 1 bathroom, they left it functional overnight and cleaned up after the day's work to minimize disruption. It looks fantastic and I couldn't be more pleased. I would highly recommend them.

We hired Hill Developments Inc. In early August of 2019. Ben and his crew were a complete joy to work with. With their vast knowledge and experience, they offered many new ideas to us, which allowed us to see things in different perspectives. They did a complete renovation on our main floor, and we are nothing but pleased with it! Our house is finished, and we owe a big part of that to them. They were very prompt, very thorough and very pleasant.

Ben came to put up my curtains and did an amazing job! He was quick, efficient, and it looks great. Really happy with the quality of work and how fast it was done, made my life so much easier

Our shower had some issues due to infrequent leaking which resulted in water damage. Ben was able to present us with several options to fix the issue and repair the damaged areas which were both economical and did not result in a complete bathroom renovation. We appreciated his honesty and practicality. We were very pleased with the final product and the workmanship displayed by Ben and his team and would highly recommend them.

We hired Hill Developments for finishing our basement and washroom/laundry room this summer. We are very satisfied with the results. We were booked for consultation very quickly after I called and the project started soon after we decided to move forward. The job was completed with excellent quality. They were on time and budget. The work site was kept clean and organized on a daily basis. We will continue to use and recommend Hill Developments for all our home renovation in the future.

Hill Developments was highly recommended to us to complete our basement renovations. Ben and his team went over and above our expectations in may ways and was committed to doing an excellent job. Hill Development Inc. is a great and professional renovation company. Ben did few renovation for me for business and home. He is very honest and good in giving fair estimates. He always finish work on time and within his estimate. He pays attention to details and works hard towards leaving his customers satisfied. I really like his work and recommend him to friends and family.
