John is s superb contractor. He removed our old walk-in tub and replaced it with a regular tub. The job included demolition, removal of the old tub and installation of the new one, plumbing, electrical, texture matching, painting, tile, and grouting. His work is very good and he makes every effort to keep the job site clean and tidy. We would highly recommend him.

To say the very least, Carolyn is an amazingly talented and gifted designer. I "discovered" her when she had small design studio with a few great pieces and samples of many other wonderful fabrics, rugs, linens and accessories. Fast forward a few years and she made our small vacation home our happy place-warm, colorful, whimsical and very special. Carolyn has also designed pieces for our full time home and we couldn't be happier. Having worked with her for the last 8 years, I would recommend her 100%.

Carolyn did a complete master bathroom remodel as well as replacing all interior doors, hardware floors and painting. She has a timeless sense of style and was very easy to work with. She was in constant communication advising me when work would begin and be completed.

Carolyn is an expert with colors and helped me decorate a family room and bar area. She chose the color pallet and I loved it. We worked together picking out coordinating furniture, fabric for my chairs and beautiful area rugs. Using recycled glass squares and rectangles, she designed a gorgeous backsplash for the bar. Carolyn has professional tradesmen who do excellent work. She takes great pride in her creations/art and loves to make clients happy.

I recommended Carolyn Stankaitis of Belle Maison to redecorate a family room for a couple I work for in La Jolla. They had some beautiful artwork that they wanted to highlight and she was able to pull out some great color for a accent wall that really made a large painting pop. The other challenge was to install some new automated drapes that was a requirement. It entailed quite a bit of electrical and dry wall work but the electrician she used was excellent and was a good value. The owners were so pleased with the new design, colors and furniture in the family room that they decided to redecorate the living room and dining room and use her services again. The results in the living room and dining room were dramatic and uplifting new feel to 2 tired rooms that needed a makeover.

Carolyn has the most exquisite taste ever! Her color sense is mind-boggling. She really listens to her clients and you can tell she truly cares about making your home the best-possible version of itself. She has a lot of great ideas and is able to find furniture and furnishings that I didn't even know existed. The colors, the furniture, the lamps, the rug--everything just works so well together." I said "Yeah, sometimes I look at this and think 'gee, whoever lives here is really lucky.'
