Penny first came and helped me pick out a blind for the front window. The great part was she helped with the color choice. It was installed sooner than I thought it would. This was a great experience. I will do it again for the other windows in the near future.

Penny did a great job helping us with blinds for a cabin we have. We knew the style we wanted, but were totally unsure if color. She did a great job helping us get the color and texture that is perfect in the cabin. The blinds came quickly and installed fast. We are very pleased and would call on Penny again if we need blinds.

Penny was great to work with and spent a lot of time with me while I figured out what I wanted/needed. Installation was a breeze. Even had a warranty issue that was resolved quickly. I would definitely use Budget Blinds again!

I would highly recommend Budget Blinds. This Nov. I finally finished up with window coverings in our home. We ordered from them three different times over the last 7 years. They work with you and do not hard sell. They offered to come in and measure my windows and let me buy one at a time if I wanted. The installation people where very good also. If you are looking for new window covers, I wouldn't hesitate to call Penny at Budget Blinds.

We have used Budget Blinds for three major window treatment orders that we've had through the years. We have been satisfied with every one of those experiences. The last order was with Penny in Feb. '15, and we can't thank her enough for the job she did for us. Shame on us for not reviewing her sooner! She was fast, knowledgeable, and friendly. Hats off to Budget Blinds and Penny. Penny came to my newly re-modeled home. I had no clue as to what I wanted, or what type of shade,blind,curtain I should have. Our home is South facing, brick, with a large driveway. that means HOT in the summertime. I gave her an idea of what my budget was. she showed me various styles, options for window coverings. I was so happy that she was knowledgable and patient. There were a few set backs in choosing as some materials were discontinued but Penny always has a back up plan for the back up plan. We are still in the process of getting our blinds corrected from the manufacturer. Some flaws in the making of the blinds through the company, First order, I was not happy with the way the sheer blind was bound to the blackout portion of the blind. There were wrinkles. She agreed and re-ordered the blinds, after speaking to the company and sending photos of our blinds hanging. They are gorgeous honeycomb blinds, with a flaw in the assembling at manufacturer. Second replacement I was not happy with 3 of the 4 blinds, and again Penny agreed. Same flaw first purchased order had. She had a representative come to my home so he could see first hand the problem of my dissatisfaction. So currently I am awaiting for another replacement which will make it a 3rd time replacing a brand new blind. I don't mind waiting for the correction of blind appearance. My main concern with that part of the blind is that it seems it will be an easy wear - tear of the blind over time since it is at a portion of the blind where the two (sheer and blackout) blinds join. Penny has been incredibly patient and tolerant of my keen eye for detail, and she appreciates the fact that I am spending a lot of money on an investment that is expected to be durable, functioning, and eye pleasing for a very long time to come. She knows her business, does not waste time pin pointing and showing me options for what I could only describe, and I wasn't even certain there was a window covering available, given what I described to her. This was my first experience choosing any type of window covering for a brand new home that I was going to live in. She's awesome, and really knows what she is doing. I observed her as she came and went from my home. This is no easy, people pleasing career, this business with window coverings. I don't know where she finds the energy.

We hired Budget Blinds of East Marion County to take care of several small projects in the Oregon Supreme Court building. They reviewed, recommended and installed new blinds in the Law Library, and orchestrated several repairs in private offices.
