Phil and Tim really challenged our thoughts and came up with concepts which were way beyond anything we had considered. The end results were fantastic. During the process, they worked symbiotically, dealing with challenges methodically and with consistent communication, which ensured there were no surprises. All in all, they are a ‘Top Team’.

Bayith managed every stage of the demolition and new build of our family home in South London. They worked with us from the very start from the initial design ideas, getting planning near a conservation area and then the complicated build of our house with basement in our typical residential London Street. They were kind and professional throughout, were able to take our own ideas and transform them into something that looked better than we could imagine. We are still using them to make additional finishing touches to our home. We are beyond grateful for them providing us with a very unique forever family home that we hope will be passed down through generations. Thank you Bayith!

Worked with Bayith to complete a redesign and a complete modern renovation of a 2 bedroom railway cottage near Kingston. Design visualisation was excellent, helping me better understand the impact of the design ideas I had. Attention to detail throughout the build was great, particularly when it came to some of the bespoke joinery for the stair case and for the storage in the attic room.
