Baxters Move Lancashire

Wow - What a surprise. First move in 40 years and was really surprised how easily the move day went. Chris did the estimates and sent Craig Adam and Gavin to complete the job on the day. You couldn,t have had a better team - They picked up all my junk out of the garage [sorry Chris a bit more than I thought!!] with out a murmur in fact laughed and said 'it's what we do' . Thanks lads you made our day so easy we plan to do it again - well not for a year or two.

From start to finish, the whole process was conducted super professionally. Chris answered all my daft questions from quote to moving day where Darren, Paul & Kirk (so sorry if I've got your names wrong but you know who you are!) took over the actual process of moving. They introduced themselves & shook our hands - I knew then that I had nothing to worry about! They were so polite - even when one of them fell down one of the two flights of concrete stairs leading to my flat (no lift) they carried on with no fuss - now that's impressive! They had only one 5 minute break at either end & didn't stop! They asked where each item of furniture was to be placed at new house & I was shocked & in awe of Darren who carried washing machine in by himself WOW! If I'd had more money I would gladly have given it to these amazing guys who went above & beyond today! They are a true credit to Baxters & I would have no hesitation in recommending! Baxters were recommended to me by family and the whole process was very professional and relieved a lot of stress.
