Horrible company! spent fortune to only have products never arrive or not work. customer service awful! never return calls! Don’t waste money at this company!

We have worked with Baths of America on numerous projects, and are continually impressed by their product offering and level of service. Thanks to Ali for making Baths of America such a strong collaborative partner to us through the years.

I was initially told a 2 1/4" thick door set is a custom order and will not be available for 2 weeks. This is interesting because I was later told by the sales rep that I never stated the door was 2 ¼” thick. Upon receiving the door set and then attempting to install it, it is discovered the wrong door set was ordered. It is sized for a 1 3/4" thick door. Baths of America proceeds to tell me I never told them the door is 2 1/4" thick, implying this is my mistake. Not to worry though, all they need to do is order a 2 ¼” kit that works with the current door set. I had to follow up multiple times with the rep to: ensure the kit was ordered; ask for shipping ETA; ultimately learn it was ready for pickup. This took about one week. While at the store, I question the kit will solve my challenge. I’m assured by an employee who appears to be familiar with the door set I ordered, and I go on my way. Now at home and attempting to install the door set, again, I learn the door kit does not solve the problem. The more frustrating component, is the amount of time I have to take out of my work week to deal with this issue. This should be a fairly straight forward transaction but it is turning out to be far more complex and time consuming that I could have ever imagined.

I have worked with Baths of America on several projects in the Houston area. As a virtual designer, I have to trust that showroom specialists will care for my clients in my absence. Chadney has always provided excellent service to whoever I send, whether it's a thirty-something young professional or an elderly couple. I always receive rave reviews from my clients who visit this showroom. And to put icing on the cake, their pricing and product selection can't be beat!!
