Building with Barrington Homes has been an absolute pleasure from day one. The whole team are so friendly and were extremely helpful (particularly seeing we had some unique challenges with our block). Our Site Supervisor Mark was amazing. He consulted with us regularly and responded immediately to any questions/requests, making us feel like valued clients. We are so impressed with the quality of work and level of customer service provided by Barrington. We built with Barrington Homes during the covid lockdowns in 2021. They have been fantastic to deal with, although we couldn’t visit the site their communication was first rate, we always knew where the build was up to and the build was completed in a very good timeframe. Angela the main contact person is absolutely brilliant to deal with. Having now lived in the house for just over 8 months, we are very happy with the quality and the finished product. We've recently finished building our first home with Barrington Homes and could not recommend them highly enough. Right from the beginning every staff member we engaged with were friendly, professional and helpful. The team were flexible with our needs and the design process was easy and stress free and before we knew it, the build had begun. The build finished ahead of schedule and our site manager was meticulous with detail and timing and Barrington communicated with us regularly throughout. We would absolutely build with Barrington again as Andrew, Mark, Angela, Shane, Kevin, Rachel and Michael made the entire process very enjoyable! Thank you to the Barrington team! Ben and Hollie

We moved into our new home in November 2019. The home is everything we asked for and more. The sales and design people(Eliza) were very helpful in finalising some minor tweaks we wanted to the standard plans. The building team were very well managed by our on site supervisor, Adam and some further minor changes during the build were also managed very helpfully by the office team(Angela and others). The after sales service was exceptional with one or two very minor issues addressed even after the official warranty period was finished. Overall a very well built house from a great team. My partner and I recently built our first home with Barrington. From the first day that we walked into their display home to the moment construction was finalised and even after that, Barrington have been nothing but amazing. Being our first home, we were both quite unsure of the process and was involved, Angela and the owner Andrew were great in alleviating these worries and talking us through the process step by step. This continued throughout the construction phase as our construction supervisor Mark ensured that we were aware of each stage, what was required of us and was happy to help and give tips about construction. Everyone definitely went above and beyond what we would have expected from a building company. We highly recommend them to all of our friends and will be building our next house through them as well. The finished quality of our home is fantastic, well beyond what we experienced when walking through the display homes of any other builder on the South Coast. If you want good quality and to have a good building experience, build with Barrington.

Couldn't be happier with the whole build process. Andrew has put together a high quality team who all made the build an exciting, stress free process. All dealings with the office were a pleasure, from the initial meeting with Andrew we knew we were dealing with someone we could trust. Barrington Homes were a very helpful and professional company that helped us with our first new build project. My wife and I were helped along the way with dedicated staff at the planning stage, selecting stage and building stage, receiving constant updates to our build (particularly since we lived an hour from the building site).
