We have contracted Barrett Outdoors many times over the years, and they always have provided first class work. This recent project replaced a previous deck that was installed over 20 years ago. Everyone was very knowledgeable from start to finish. We are thrilled with our new deck and are looking forward to many years with it. Thanks to all the techs that worked on it.

Hands down the best company we've ever hired! From the very beginning, Sophia and Gustavo were fantastic -- extremely thorough, attentive and professional. They created a beautiful custom plan for us within our budget, far exceeding our expectations. The on-site crew worked so hard and so fast while also being very respectful of our property. Everyone in the office/showroom is friendly, helpful and responsive as well. Cannot say enough great things about Barrett Outdoors. We are so thrilled with the finished deck and our entire experience!

Barrett Outdoors was absolutely phenomenal! They went above and beyond on our deck project. We did need to make some changes throughout construction based on preferences and design but they were able to make all changes flawlessly and willing to spend the extra time with us to understand what we were looking for. I highly recommend them and have already started referring them to friends and co-workers!

This is an honest review of Barrett Construction. Barrett is not like other contractors who take any job that includes wood and nails. They specialize in decks which provides a much better customer experience since they have over 30 years experience building decks. Their entire process is seamless from design to contract and their unmatched experience is evident throughout the entire build. Most contractors wear all the hats (designer, builder, project manager, customer support) which is not what we wanted. We were looking for a deck construction company that would assign a dedicated project manager who would handle all aspects of the project, and act as a liaison between the builders, plumber, and electrician. You would think that would raise the price but Barrett was actually less expensive than the other quote I received from the single contractor! I highly recommend Barrett and wish they did kitchens!

Barrett is absolutely top notch in every way. They communicated extremely well, always keeping us in the loop. The craftsmanship of our deck is incredible. The carpenters were very skilled, working quickly but with extreme attention to detail. We could not be happier with our beautiful, interestingly designed deck!

We could NOT be any happier with Barrett Outdoors and our gorgeous Fiberon deck. Everyone on the team is so kind, helpful, and professional. Although Barrett typically builds projects on a much grander scale, they treated us and our project with just as much importance and respect. Barrett provided professional architectural plans with material specs, worked carefully within the strict guidelines of our HOA, and troubleshot several unexpected blips from the township to get our build approved. All of the construction was performed by their skilled-artisan master carpenters (not random sub contractors) and their partner Macaro did a excellent job fabricating our custom railing. The entire team managed every detail with extreme precision, from start to finish. Our questions or concerns were always addressed quickly, respectfully, and intelligently. They communicated with us on a regular basis and kept us informed every step of the way. One oopsie occurred during construction (accidents happen) and the carpenters corrected it quickly and better than we expected. During the project, we requested 2 add-ons, which they quickly added to the work scope and carried out with perfection. Thank you Barrett for making our dream of an outdoor oasis a reality.

Barrett Outdoors recently built a new Trex deck and side entrance stairway for us. From the initial planning phase with Gustavo and Rosemary to Augustin and his crew executing on the project plan, the Barrett Outdoors team was extremely professional and pleasant to work with. They were easy to get in touch with whenever we had any questions about our project, which consisted of demolishing the existing structures and constructing new ones in their place. Barrett worked within the budget we gave them and met all of the established deadlines to give us the beautiful new entertaining space and stairs we were seeking. We highly recommend them!

Barrett was one of the best service companies I have dealt with. I had originally gone to the Trex website and vetted a few companies they recommended. The presentation and approach Gustavo made was clearly the best but you still never know. I clearly made the right decision. Gustavo was always straightforward, professional and yet open to all ideas and decisions I made. The carpenters, Wilson and Carlos, were both masters. They moved carefully and always thought out any possible problems. The results were spectacular. The items we added such as an island, granite, grill, refrigerator and cabinets were all great. We also collaborated on gates that turned out great. That said, I would recommend them to anyone and would absolutely use them in the future.

My outdoor project began with looking up "Trex" and I am so very glad they linked me to Barrett! From the design presentation to the finishing touch I found them to be awesome. Why? Because they are perfectionists, they use the best products (love my Bullfrog tub) and they are so easy to work with. I have outdoor grill, fridge, and granite (all through Barrett and their liasons) which made everything so easy and timely! It is beautiful!!

Good and professional work, both in planning and execution. They tore down our rectangular 27 year old pressure treated deck and replaced it with a larger, custom shaped Trex deck with aluminum railing. Extra footings and beams added so our general contractor could put up a small roof over part of it later. Nice people to work with. We are very happy with the results.
