Ordered a hardtop patio table and after two weeks the edges started turning brown. I called bacon and they sent someone over who tried to clean it or rub it off and was not able to do so. He came back again with nail polish remover and it was coming off. But the more he tried it just wasn’t totally coming off. I called bacon and said I want it replaced and they said that it was not cleaned properly at the factory and we cannot get a new one but they will send someone over to clean the one we have. so, are they going to send someone over every time it starts to turn brown again? Seriously just give me a different one.

I was very pleased with my purchase! I was looking for an entryway table and found pictures online, with the help of a friend, I found the manufacturer - looked up retailers in the Sarasota, Fl. area and Bacon's came up. One phone call to Tracy Bacon, at Bacon's and the table was ordered! Very pleased, Thank you!

This company takes a true personal interest in your needs and possible concerns. They made us feel like we were more important than their bottom line. I've lived in Florida since 1979 and have never come across a company with such integrity and who stood behind their word, no questions asked! This is the only furniture company I would ever consider purchasing from in the future. They're the best!

BACON Furniture is a great store with plenty of selections! You will never run short of ideas to help with your needs. So many compartments! And the people are all great too and always deliver on their promises. If you need any interior designs give them a chance to fill your needs.

My experience with Bacon's Furniture and Design Company was completely satisfying and I will hire them again for future decorating/furniture needs. Tracey Bacon was my consultant and she provided outstanding service. She really listens to her clients and works with them to provide great options and does not try to "upsell". Moreover, if something isn't right (for instance, a manufacturer defect), they make it right. The entire staff is knowledgable, professional, and will help you work within your budget. The end result for my home was nothing short of extraordinary!

Christian was our sales person. He is an example of everything customer service should be. He was super helpful and understands the design process extremely well. We did not make a purchase at Bacon's due to the fact that the vast majority of furniture was far too traditional for our taste. We were interested in a more contemporary Coastal look and could not find what we needed at Bacon's. If you prefer transitional or traditional design this is the place for you. When you go ask for Christian he knows his stuff.

Bacon's Furniture was great to deal with. Phyllis was our designer and she went out of her way and did an exceptional job. Her detailed professionalism and fashionable design sense was welcomed by me and my wife. We will definitely do business with Bacon's again. We visited every furniture store in Sarasota from big box to high end and found what we wanted with help from Phyllis.

Outstanding experience with Bacon Furniture. My Canadel table arrived much sooner than expected, is everything I wanted, and delivery was made easy at my convenience.

Bacons was very helpful and by the way if you find it for less tell them. They want your business and the fact that they have been business since 1972 and family run makes me want to work them!
