Mr. Holgan is NYS Licensed Land Surveyor.His motto is Attraction over Promotion! He's happy to say the majority of his customers are referred .Mr. Holgan is a Viet Nam Veteran who after being wounded in combat, received the Purple Heart . Shortly after returning home he would meet his soon to be wife. They relocated upstate where he attended Pauls Smiths College in Pauls Smiths NY. After graduating with a degree in Land Surveying, he returned to Long Island residing in North Babylon. In 1985, Mr. Holgan returned to his roots, purchasing the home he grew up in, raised his children there and still resides there today. While working for a local municipality; Mr. Holgan worked in the Engineering/Surveying and Mapping Department. After working in the Land Surveying field for many years, in 1989, he became NYS Licensed, and has since retired from his civil service position, maintaining his private practice. Mr. Holgan has an extremely high work ethic, gaining the respect of the communities, municipalites and customers that he's been fortunate to work for. He leaves a lasting impression with all his customers as being kind, considerate and respectful of their property, as well as extreme accuracy in the work that he provides for them.He works closely with homeowners, Attorney's, Architects and Title Co. His clients find him to be accessible (he promptly returns phone calls), responsive (he can usually respond to critical time-frame situations), and he's willing to take the time to discuss each client's individual needs or concerns they may have. He is truly an expert in his field.
