We hired Bay Area Cabinetry to install Italian cabinets for our kitchen, and fabricate few custom pieces for the entry and living room. The company did outstanding job from start to finish, helping with material selection and all consultations along the way. They have terrific attitude, wealth of knowledge and expertise in the field and go above and beyond to get the job done right! We would hire them again for the next project. Five stars!

We recently completed a major home renovation in Mill Valley, and Bay Area Cabinetry did an exceptional job with our European-style walnut veneer kitchen cabinets and master bathroom vanity. We couldn't be happier with the beauty and functionality of the finished product, the speed with which the fabrication was completed, and the professionalism and attention to detail of the Bay Area Cabinetry team, particularly Felix and Dmitriy. Aesthetics: When we were choosing our cabinet vendor, we first considered semi-custom cabinetry from Arclinea and Poliform at the urging of our design team. We also did our own research and looked into alternative local options. When we found Bay Area Cabinetry, we knew that they were the right vendor for us. Not only was their price well below the quotes from Arclinea and Poliform, but their high-end walnut veneer (they offer two different walnut veneer options) was even more beautiful. We also really valued Bay Area Cabinetry's proximity; rather than having our cabinets made in Europe and shipped over - with margin for error and attendant delays - we had them made in South San Francisco. We appreciated having our cabinet-makers a short drive away so that we could meet with them frequently on site to discuss the fine points of the cabinet design. Craftsmanship: During our renovation, we were dismayed to encounter many professional "craftsmen" who just didn't seem to take much pride in their work. Their output was often sloppy because they were more concerned with rushing through to get to the next job than with taking the time to do things right. We had to have several major items ripped out and redone, and only through nagging and oversight were we able to coax out an acceptable final product. Our experience with Bay Area Cabinetry was a breath of fresh air by comparison. Dmitriy and Felix are true craftsmen who hold themselves to a very high standard and take the time to deliver top-notch work. Speed: At the outset of our renovation, we were told that our kitchen cabinetry would be the bottleneck in our progress due to long lead times. Our work with Bay Area Cabinetry ended up being the MOST efficient part of the process rather than the least. They delivered a polished final product in short order well before other parts of the project were complete. Professionalism & attention to detail: Throughout the process, from the outset of our discussions to the final installation of the cabinet hardware and shelves, Bay Area Cabinetry paid attention to every detail. Our kitchen is a bit unusual with one sloping wall on which much of our cabinetry is inset, so precision in the initial measurements was critical. Dmitriy came by several times to dial in his measurements perfectly, and Dmitriy and Felix were both instrumental in early on site meetings to discuss items like drawer placement and seat height / back slope of a built-in dining banquette. Throughout the fabrication process, Dmitriy stopped by the construction site frequently and was very responsive to questions and discussions about the minutiae of our design, from hardware selection to the particulars of a trio of backlit glass shelves that we had installed. He always offered creative ideas and worked with us to find solutions that we loved. In short, we would hire Bay Area Cabinetry again in a heartbeat. I wish all building professionals were as skilled, precise, responsive, and trustworthy as Dmitriy, Felix, and their team. I recommend them most highly.

We hired Bay Area Cabinetry to re-design and re-build our kitchen. Dmitriy and his team did an amazing job transforming our dated kitchen into our dream kitchen. The quality of work and cabinets are great! Their advice and guidance was essential! They were very easy to work with, great communication, and were very respectful of our budget.Everything delivered as promised and fit exactly. Fantastic job!

Felix and his team are great, innovative, easy to work with, mindful of their client's needs and budgets. My contemporary kitchen designed and built by Felix is the "focal point" of my house in Millbrae. In my mind, a successful design is about your lifestyle and creating a feeling, not just a look. That's what my kitchen provides to me, my family and my friends. It's simple, aesthetic, functional and timeless. It is a place where my family and friends feel welcome, just by the very gesture of opening my front door. I thank Felix for working so hard and being so dedicated in order to make my "kitchen dream" became a reality. I strongly recommend Felix and his team to all who want to cook and consume their meals in an elegant and highly functional kitchen. I am also thankful for a realistic timeline for the completion of the team's amazing project.

I'm very happy with my cabinets! They made custom cabinets for my kitchen and a floating vanity ensemble for the master bathroom remodel. Initially I really liked their selection of materials. I had very specific ideas about what I was looking for so I was very pleased to find that their selection of finishes really suited the modern look I was going for. And Felix was great about working with me to hone in on the right details. In the end I got exactly what I was looking for, and I would definitely recommend them and use them again for future projects.

Great Cabinets! If you want to splurge on amazing modern cabinets this is the company to go with. They are very expensive but because they are custom made you can make maximum use out every square inch in your kitchen. Felix, Dimitri and Boris are super helpful the during the entire process. If it's in your budget to go with custom cabinets, I highly recommend this company. For an extra fee they offer to install the cabinets for you. Unfortunately we didn't go with this option and had our contractor install them which was a big hassle and more work for everyone involved. I recommend you let this company install them since they are experts in European cabinets. Our contractor had 30 years of cabinet experience but in the end didn't know how to install ours well since these are different.

I'm very happy that I hired Felix and Boris for my kitchen remodel. They have beautiful products at a reasonable price. On top of that, these guys really know what they are doing and they are very detail oriented with aesthetic eyes. Boris helped my installation guy tremendously and he always makes sure things are finished in a way that's held up to his high standard. I would recommend them to anyone!

We needed two bespoke vanities for two brand new bathrooms. We were in the midst of a down to the studs renovation in the storied Cathedral building in downtown Oakland. We had spent a fortune already on kitchen cabinets and custom work. I saw Bay Area cabinetry on yelp and decided to call them. Felix was so easy to work with from start to finish. He was accessible and on time, professional and responsive. I went to their shop in South San Franiciso and initially wasn't too impressed. No fancy kitchen set up and no frills space. As they say you can't judge a book by it's cover. Job was done exactly as per our scope of work. The cabinetry is GORGEOUS. The materials are HIGH QUALITY. The WORKMANSHIP is EXCELLENT. The renovation was exacting and Felix and Bay Area cabinetry rose to the occasion. My only regret was that i did not find him sooner.

Boris and Felix surpassed my expectations on our kitchen remodel. Both provide guidance and direction on how to optimize and configure the space. The quality of the cabinets is extremely high, given my plentiful and unique storage for my vast supply of equipment and wares. They helped us achieve a blend between modern sensibilities and needs with the classic structure of our home. We love our kitchen oasis. They were also reliable and on budget and a pleasure to work with!

There is no question in my mind that I found the right guys to built the cabinets for our kitchen.Boris and Felix are awesome!!.The quality of the product is great and the craftsmanship is just lovely.After going to so many different places and seeing so many different types of materials and designs I was getting very confused.We have a very small kitchen and trying to use the space to be efficient was going to be a challenge.When I met with Felix I had an idea in mind and I asked him if we could build cabinets around all walls and make it efficient,and he said,sure!! I think that is his favorite word....!.the very next day or so he sent me some drawings and I really liked what I saw.I knew from there he had understood exactly what I wanted. What I also like about Felix and Boris is the fact that they answer all my question and kept me inform through out the whole process. The installer Igor,also did a fantastic job.!! I will for sure use BAC in any future projects...
