It is a beautifully styled house of the highest build quality its clear that these are professionals who really love what they do. This is not to mention that having lived in this house for several years, I can attest to it's energy efficiency! We look forward to working with this developer in the future.

We brought the Babyfoot team to do a major renovation on a dated house. With nearly every room, bath and kitchen gutted and rebuilt from scratch it is clear that would not have been able to complete the project on our own. The sheer number of details that were attended to and the scores of contractors and suppliers that Felix and Paulo dealt with during the reno was overwhelming. Meanwhile our Babyfoot guys actually enjoyed the process and taught me volumes along the way. Aside from successful completion of the project on time and on budget (a huge feat for most contractors), I especially appreciated all of the structural design suggestions that we received. While we knew what we wanted to accomplish, it would not have occur to us that by moving a wall in the family room by 2 feet we can make space for a closet in a mudroom. They saw an opportunity to split out a small hallway out of the living room just by changing the ceiling design. An open-concept family room looks so much better with the wall cut to the height they recommended vs. what we initially thought would look good. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Felix & Paulo and want to put a good word out recommending them to anyone who needs a high quality renovation.

Process of rebuilding a home was stressful initially, however the team at Babyfoot Developments Inc. was experienced and very systematic in providing support at every step. While our home was on the smaller side, we were determined to use up every inch of space. Felix and Paolo helped us envision our home’s potential by suggesting changes that would open up our space, give us a luxurious fourth bedroom, and a basement apartment. We also got tons of storage space on our main floor. I can confidently say that not a single inch of space is wasted in this home. Throughout the project, we were concerned that our vision was not possible as it required knocking down walls, removing staircases, and moving plumbing around. However, working with Felix and Paolo was a breeze. They were responsive and highly detail-oriented. They explained each step of the project and made the decision-making process as simple as possible by presenting us with several options and associated costs/benefits. They were also willing to take the time to share their expertise and provide advice when we were unsure of how to best proceed. Our home, as well as their other work (which we are familiar with), are proof that Felix and Paolo take great pride in what they do. Every detail is accounted for, and everything was completed with quality workmanship. One of the biggest compliments we have received is that our home looks like a brand new build--and that the layout is so seamless and natural, that our home could not have possibly been any other way.
