Alain did a magnificent job with the remodel and addition to our residence. We are very proud of it. It was a fairly significant project, encompassing all areas of our house including the front and back yards. He is creative, experienced, responsive and knowledgeable. We found that Alain is a great listener and worked hard to address our goals and desires for the project. We would highly recommend him.

I have worked with Alain both professionally and personally for the remodel of our home and highly recommend him. He is an exceptional architect with experience in both large and small scale projects. He not only has great design abilities but also has a mastery of all the other aspects to carry out a successful project. Alain is revered in the architectural community for his thorough knowledge in architectural, engineering and building materials. He is very responsive throughout and makes the whole process appear to run smoothly.

I have had the pleasure of working with Alain on several projects and have always been impressed with his work. He is professional, efficient, and extremely talented. His aesthetic and attention to detail created a clear path to the outcome I wished for. He has a superior knowledge of architectural engineering and the structural integrity of his project is always at the forefront of his mind. I found Alain to be a truly honest person who takes immense pride in his work. It was a great experience working with him. He made what could have been an arduous process simple and enjoyable. It is our pleasure to recommend Alain Yotnegparian unconditionally to anyone in need of architectural design services. In addition to considering the requirements of our project (room addition & kitchen expansion/remodel), he listened to our concerns, sensibilities and preferences – and then, through some sort of alchemy, brought all the aspects into play, producing several proposals from which to choose, each one an excellent option.
