I contacted Mr. Yaniero regarding the granite counter top installed by Fabricating By Design of Venice. A section of the counter top did not fit properly and although repeatedly saying someone would be sent to correct the problem, no one showed up. I eventually called Anthony at Heritage On The Gulf. He responded quickly, came out to look at the problem, and in the same visit was able to fix the problem. He was professional, personable, and would not take payment for the job. If I am in need of the type of services provided by Heritage On The Gulf they will be the first company I call.
