We have been involved with atl renovations for a contract in excess of $240k. The beginning of the project was great but when we wanted to personalize our remodel they were very inflexible. There are also many quality issues that i never expected to be an issue. We were told that they would no longer accept change orders and this was 2 months into project. We are now having to involve lawyers to determine work completed vs work performed. The company (atl renovations) has already involve lawyers before handling the situation between the relevant parties.

They’ve done two major remodels for us (one a significant addition to a house and one a near complete remodel of a medical practice office). They are honest, responsive, and quality-focused. ATL Renovations helped me update my house with a new kitchen, updated electrical, new hot water heater, painting, insulation, and various other repairs needed after I bought my house. Judy Wells and the ATL Renovations team managed the build of the second story addition to our Morningside home. This was a huge project that doubled the square footage of our house and gave us living space customized to our exact needs. The project went so well that we had her team do our deck, fence and basement as well. It's hard to go anywhere in our house that wasn't improved by Judy and her team. Her crews worked hard, were very clean, but also just good people who you trusted with your investment and property. Judy checked in very often, was always responsive to our questions and needs, and understood and helped improve our vision of our dream house. It's been about 5 years, and we still love our house, it's still in tip-top shape, and we couldn't be happier.

Judy and Sally helped us transform our 2/1 bungalow, into a much more family friendly 3/2. We added on a laundry room, master bedroom, bathroom and massive walk-in closet. The new features really help us stand out from similar houses in our neighborhood. We were very concerned about making the addition as seamless as possible. We did not want to be one of those houses with the obvious addition. They did a terrific job. The matched our 100 year old floors, the roofline, the exterior and the interior. The only way you know it's an addition is that houses our age don't have fantastic master suites, but ours does. We would definitely recommend Judy and Sally to our family and friends; in fact we already have.

I have used Judy and Sally on four renovations, two home renovations and two office renovations. After hearing stories of never ending renovations, contractors not showing up, exploding budgets and worse, we were delighted and surprised by our experience with Sally and Judy. The project came in on budget and was actually finished earlier than expected. We absolutely love our new addition as does everyone that has seen it. Judy is an expert at getting the contractors to do what they should, when they should and how they should. Sally does a great job at listening to your desires and translating them into real design. I hired this company in August of 2012. The renovations to my 55 year old home (where I grew up) included the kitchen, 2 bathrooms, new windows and doors throughout the house, a construcing a new laundry closet in the hallway, I also had all the electric outlets and switches replaced, and plumbing re-done to bring the house up to code. I also had the enire interior of the house painted including closets, ceilings, walls and wood trim. I hired ATL Renovations partly because they work within a smaller area around Atlanta so that they can be close to all projects and make daily visits. I wanted a contractor that could oversee the entire job and deal with any issues along the way. They did that. There were very few minor problems during the 2 month project and I learned about them when I was being told the resoluation was already complete or in process. The project finished faster than originally estimated (even with my add-ons along the way) and under budget. The job was completed two months ago and I am still very pleased with the quality of the work. I will absolutely hire ATL Renovations again. I don't believe the project could have possibly gone any better.
