Mr Sullivan took over his girl friend home renovation after a major fire acting as a general contract . after couple small project that we have done for him in the past with no problem him and his girl friend hired us to do his kitchen renovation and 2 bathroom vanity's was purchased while doing the project I leaned that Mr Sullivan had used fraudulent documents to over charge the insurance and we had checks from the
insurance in our name with much higher amount then our contract with Mr Sullivan girl friend to solve this matter Mr Sullivan hired us to do a kitchen counter top and tile back splash in his house. After finishing his project in a phone conversation Mr Sullivan mentioned that couple tile wasn't lined proper we made couple appointment to correct the problem and he never allow the guys in the house with excuses that he had to leave. finally in the fourth time the issue was correct

As the project leaned towards the end Mr Sullivan start to asking for handle outs in order to please him we performed few things without charge such as fireplace tile installation sending and buffering an existing bathroom marble tile floor and few minor thing, However we couldn't continue doing things without charge that's when he went online and posted this review.
