The project was a complete residential remodel for a three bedroom and two bathroom house in Sunnyvale. New exterior and interior paint job. New kitchen. New common bathroom. New master bedroom bathroom. New windows and doors throughout. New laminate flooring throughout except the kitchen and bathroom floors. New tiling at the kitchen and bathroom floors. This house is a rental property that needed a complete overhaul.

Trung, the owner of Three Buddhas, gave us really competitive pricing and was able to turn around the complete remodel within a few short months. Trung was very knowledgeable and helped to keep our remodeling costs down by informing us about all of our options and we selected finishes and made decisions that were appropriate for the context of our project. I would definitely use Three Buddhas again and recommend them to people I know.

Sensitive and conscientious of budget: 5 out of 5 start (kept within budget) 3. Competitive Pricing: 4 out of 5 stars 4. Creativity: 4 out of 5 stars 5. Communication: 3 out of 5 6. Project Timeliness & Scheduling: 2 out of 5 stars Overall, we would recommend Three Buddhas based on their ability to keep budget and quality as top priority. We felt some of the delays were avoidable and a few trades were below average. Everything that was completed via in-house trades was very good.
