Tremendous experience with a very knowledgeable and attentive group of people. This was our 3rd build and by far our best. We built a completely custom home that met or exceeded our expectations on nearly every level. We would highly recommend anyone consider Aspen for any new build, model or custom.

Aspen recently completed my basement. It was a great experience from design to completion. This was a fairly large project ($85k) and Aspen did a fantastic job... and quick too! They delivered on time and on budget. Would definitely recommend.

The most important thing about working with Aspen Homes is that they take care of you. As a small builder they give you the personal attention and the time you need to get the product you want. The staff is invested in you. The quality and trust is so high that it really helped us to focus on the design aspects we wanted and let us put the faith in trust in them for the building process. I loved showing up to my house during construction and hearing from all of the different craftsmen about what a great home Aspen builds. Our house was also complete ahead of schedule - in our new neighborhood of 122 home sites, we haven't heard of another homeowner whose builder was even on time.

The Aspen Homes team is absolutely fabulous! They designed the space we wanted, stayed in our budget, worked with our surroundings, and helped us achieve more than we expected. What is even more impressive is they delivered exactly to the scheduled timing. We love the team, especially Shelly, who are extremely customer focused and responsive. Our basement is the envy of the neighborhood. The use of masonry and custom nook openings were creative and made a rich look, without a hefty price tag. Aspen Homes recently remodeled our kitchen. The end result is beautiful - better than we had imagined! I can't say enough about how easy they made the process. We gutted the kitchen, removed a load bearing wall that separated the kitchen from the dinning room - buried the header in the ceiling so it does not look like a remodel. We converted part of the dining room into a mud room with ample storage. We had to have windows removed and a new size added so we had to try and match the siding outside. We have wood floors inside that also had to be matched. There were so many little details i hadn't considered. Now, the amazing part... it was done in 4 weeks! Aspen did an incredible job of scheduling and lining up all of the contractors to complete this project. Everyone was great to work with, pleasant and they cleaned the worksite thoroughly every night. I can't say enough good things! Fantastic job Aspen Homes.
