Scott is very creative and a good listener. He was able to use my vision and ideas and translate them into a beautiful home design. His design included ideas that I didn't know I wanted!! I highly recommend Scott and his team.

We are very happy with the design services from Scott and his team on our free standing pool house (She Cave) They understood the unique code requirements of Cocoa Beach and we’re patient with us when we changed the layout that required a resubmit to the building department. We plan on commissioning them to design a 2nd story addition to our one story home in the very near future.

We had a project for a decent size garage to attach to the house. There were some constraints that had to be worked around. We had some design ideas in mind and Scott and his team executed our ideas perfectly. We uncovered more constraints as the project progressed and Scott was able to add these into the design with minimal difficulties. Scott and his team brought tremendous value to the project. We are very happy with the final outcome.

Looking to add a garage on to my home was more difficult that I thought!! Scott was the 3rd individual that I contacted on drawing up a set of plans & it couldn’t of worked out any better, working with him & one of his ‘team members’ Chris, together they completed a set of plans that will build exactly what I was looking for , with some suggestions of their own added in, it’s going to look awesome once completed. Trust me, whether you an experienced in building / design work or a total novice like me, you can’t go wrong with Scott & his crew at Armistead Design & Drafting. They’re amazing at what they do, start to finish..

We are acting as Owner Builder for the first time as we build our house. Scott and his staff were instrumental in helping us bring our dream house into reality. Scott sat down with us personally to review our ideas on house plans. He was genuinely excited to hear about our plans, gave us some interesting suggestions for using unconventional/non-traditional building methods, and he helped us get our plans ready for review. He also worked closely with the structural engineer to make sure there wouldn't be delays in getting the prints ready. We appreciate his creative thinking, attention to detail, and quick turnaround time. We would highly recommend Armistead Design & Drafting!

This team did an incredible job designing our home! Their communication was incredible, from start to finish. Scott and his team drew up our dream home plans! Wonderful group to work with, extremely helpful with this process we knew nothing about! They had lots of insight and helped guide us through the process. We highly recommend them. Our house is being built and it’s so great to see the plans Scott and his team helped us with come to life!

Scott helped us with a major, head to toe, remodel of a 6200 square foot house. We remodeled everything under the Sun including demolition of certain areas to rebuilding of other areas. Scott planned out everything and worked with us, contractors and subcontractors, engineers, etc., and was really the person to pull everything together. We don't consider him "a guy" we work with, we consider him a friend. He answers every question day and night and was useful and getting us connected with experts in all different areas from drywall to concrete. We interviewed probably 10 engineers and Scott was the Clear Choice. I highly recommend Scott.

Scott and the team at Armistead Design helped guide me through a massive top-to-bottom renovation of a mid-century Florida dream home. Their expertise in combining design aesthetic with functional utility is greatly appreciated. The team went above and beyond and even helped manage engineering that allowed us to bring the plans to life. Scott's knowledge of local building code, and stellar reputation with the city, is super valuable. This is a company you can trust, and I highly recommended them for any project.
