Arlington Homes is a boutique-based building service, with over 30 years of experience in the home building industry. Our office is located in the heart of Essendon, providing us with a fantastic space to service our clients in the metropolitan area. The building industry as we know it today consists of many type of builders and for a developer, homeowner to choose a builder this can be a maze of uncertainty and no doubt asking the question have I selected the right builder to build my home or a major building project can go either way. The uncertainty can lead to stress or unhappiness especially during course of the construction process when in reality this period should been seen as a wonderful journey and experience. Our value proposition to our customers is we value the journey of building together we build and at the same time we can provide you with education on all aspects of building from building process, regulatory, material behaviour and importantly quality control measures. Arlington Homes strives in communication to our clients to ensure we either meet or exceed their expectations. We believe communication and certainty is an integral part of the value proposition as it takes away the stress from our clients and overall allows them to find the journey is not that stressful after all.
