I really appreciated Ariel's insight on design. I was torn on what I wanted and how to implement. We talked about the space, products, paint. Her tools on how to style and spacing was so very helpful. I didn't have a large budget for implementation but we talked through budget friendly ideas and it allowed me to set realistic expectations. It helped to put an idea to paper, plan, and most importantly feel confident in implementing my ideas and vision! I'm so happy with the space she helped guide me to redo!

Ariel Arts exceeded all my expectations about design. Ariel went above & beyond. The overall experience was so smooth, I didn’t even have to do any hard work. I didn’t even have to go around with a tape measure - she has a virtual app for that. All you need is a video / photos & she’ll take it from there! Seriously, this was by far the easiest experience I’ve had! If you’re considering hiring a designer, this is the place for you. Ariel is fantastic!

Ariel is absolutely amazing! Not only was the design process fun and stress-free, but was also wildly helpful and truly fantastic for someone who doesn't have any skills in decorating whatsoever. She not only recommended layout, but also products and decor. I implemented everything she suggested and love how it came together together!

Ariel provided an amazing plan layout for my multifunctional room. I loved the product recommendations because they included easy click on links and offered different price points. Our 1:1 meeting to discuss the plan to action went smooth, and I had plenty of time to ask questions on additional help with wall galleries, and styled floating shelves. After our meeting Ariel updated the presentation deck to include the additional styling questions I had. I highly recommend her services, she is just as animated in person as she is on TikTok!

Stretched way too thin. The designs are reused and she doesn’t email back for over a week minimum, it’s been a nightmare trying to communicate. Seems like a lot of money for very minimal designs.

I worked with Ariel to make the plans for a remodel after I bought the condo I had been living in for 5 years. I am so ready to make it my home, and her designs are STUNNING! Even though we are on literal opposite ends of the country, I found working with her to be seamless, and can't wait to implement her work with my contractor. I've started making some of the swaps I can do on my own, and I am loving everything. Can't recommend her and her team highly enough.

Ariel is so fun to work with, she incorporated our ideas and amplified them into a professionally designed space. We have small children, so we needed to think a lot about function and how the living room would grow as the toys changed and left. She put a lot of thought into what we wanted and how to achieve it. I loved that she incorporated some of the existing pieces that we have so that it didn't feel like we had to start totally from scratch. I highly recommend her services!

PROS My first interaction was with a Jr. designer for a space therapy project; after the session, we came to the conclusion that the service I needed was the "refresh" service. I thought I would work with Ariel directly during the refresh service but they kept me with the Jr. Designer; which ended up working out well. She was really nice, with great attention to detail and we were in constant communication. She would take no more than 24hrs to respond, which is really good since I am sure they are working on several projects at once. She paid particular attention to my specifications. The designs were pretty but my favorite was my office. So far is the only one I have completed. And the office turned out fantastic. It feels like a completely new place and it is just absolutely inviting. I work from home and wanted a space where I would actually enjoy walking in every morning; which is exactly how I feel now. (Please see the before and after pics below). They provide you with a portal to order everything for your design which was very handy and easy to use. They do offer their designer discount if you order through them; their discounts rank from 5%-20% depending on the vendor, which could be very beneficial for someone with a full-on renovation. However, this did not work out for me as my project was pretty small; the discounts did not offset the service & consignment fees. CONS Budget - I was on a tight budget and some of the items that brought the design to life (e.g. plants & accessories) were not included in my budget. There were a few hiccups with the person in charge of ordering but I am sure this was a one-time thing and it can be improved with in-house training.

We STILL get complements on the design of our open concept living space that Ariel created! She was an absolute breeze to work with - seamlessly integrating our existing pieces with the overall vibe and mood we were looking to create for our new home. Cannot recommend her services enough!

Ariel and her team are so amazing! She is so sweet and patient. She is very flexible and comes up with really creative and beautiful designs. I always get so many compliments when people visit my home!

Ariel has such a light hand and does everything with such ease! My partner and I were overwhelmed with trying to quickly furnish our new home and starting with almost nothing. I tend to overthink every decision, so I really needed help bringing together a cohesive design and be confident in our decision making. This was also at the time that everything was out of stock, and Ariel was able to source items that were almost all entirely in stock. Ariel really listened to the exact requirements we had for our unique space and made sure that each piece would fit just right, with an emphasis on quality and longevity. More importantly, she helped us be brave when it came to bold design decisions. A dark and moody dining space is not something we would have ever thought of on our own, let alone been confident enough to execute. It ended up being the most stylish corner in our home, has such a Chicago vibe, and continues to be the source of inspiration for or other design decisions. Ariel really helped us quickly get from zero (literally only a mattress on the floor) to fully furnished in a matter of a couple of months. We are still putting together finishing touches and decorative elements, and Ariel's online design resources are really helpful for that as well.
