Anderson Reconstruction was started in 1982 by owner Greg Anderson, a third generation contractor, and has been family owned operated ever since. We initially hired Anderson Reconstruction to complete a renovation of our upstairs hall bath after interviewing four contractors. Shannon and her team did an excellent job from start to finish. We made the decision to have them renovate our master bath as well. While they were certainly not the lowest bid, we liked their professionalism and detailed estimate. Shannon communicated effectively and quickly responded to text messages. She made you feel like you were their only client. She was a great troubleshooter and explained things clearly. We highly recommend Anderson Reconstruction. We look forward to completing more projects with Shannon and Anderson Reconstruction in the future.

This is our second time working with Anderson and we’re so happy with all of the work they’ve done! We did our primary bathroom back in 2019 and we finally took the plunge to take on our kitchen this year. We have a young son so we knew navigating this project would be challenging but Anderson did everything they could to make the house as livable as possible. Shannon met with us everyday to review decisions and the guys were all very friendly, knowledgeable and kept the worksite clean which was so helpful. There were a few surprises but Shannon and Greg always kept us in the loop so we knew every detail of the job even when we weren’t there. We are so happy with how things turned out and got to host our first Christmas in our new kitchen and our whole family loved how it turned out. We’ve recommended Anderson to family and friends, you can’t go wrong with them!

We had a great experience with Anderson Reconstruction from start to finish. Shannon is so knowledgeable and helpful. From the very beginning she gave us a clear and concise estimate, which detailed the estimated expense of each decision. And then throughout the project, she was helpful in directing us to find the resources we needed. She is accessible and responsive to any communication. And she is present most days on the job site. She makes sure that you always know where they are in the project and exactly what the goals are for each day or week. The entire team is fantastic. They answer questions and get done exactly what they say they will each day. And they are incredibly respectful when I question something that they might think is ridiculous! I absolutely appreciated the amount of respect they all gave me. They finished the project within the timeframe that I hoped for and the kitchen is absolutely beautiful and amazing! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

I am a tile contractor and have been working with Anderson for over 20 years. Recently we've been doing a lot of bathroom remodels together. Not only are they easy to work with they also make sure to be onsite everyday to meet with the clients and guys on the job. They do really custom work and make sure to pay attention to every detail making my job a little easier and making sure the client is happy and informed. Greg and Shannon make a good team and most of their guys have been with them for 10+ years so you know they're doing something right. I recommend them to anyone looking for a GC whether it be a custom kitchen or ADU they're a great team to work with

I came to Shannon with a vision and not only did her and her team make it come to life they made it better than I could have imagined! They made every step of the process easy for me. Not only did we go and look in-person at tile when we couldn't find exactly what I was looking for Shannon made it her mission to find me my dream tile and materials! I would highly recommend her and her team to anyone looking to do a remodel project! Thank you again! I literally walk in my bathroom daily and love it beyond words!

Prestige Marble And Tile

I'm into the stone works industry. We preform work for private homeowners and general contractors, just like we do with Anderson Reconstruction. I personally enjoy working alongside Shannon and her team. Every time we walk into a new project, I see nothing else then just satisfy customers from all the craftsmanship they had delivered. I had a minor fire at my house that caused extensive smoke damage. A friend of mine suggested Anderson Reconstruction to do all of the repairs: popcorn ceilings, all new flooring and repainting throughout the house. I elected to do upgrades with lighting, quartz countertops, new outlets,etc. The company was over the top great, helping me with choices for upgrades, excellent workmen and workmanship. The job was done in a timely and conscientious manner. Shannon and Lauren and their mom and dad went out of their way to ease the stress and help me with decision making. I couldn't be happier with my beautiful new home and decor. I highly recommend this company. They earned 5 out of 5 stars. These people care about their customer!

We worked with Anderson Reconstruction on a hall bath remodel that was long overdue. We have an older home and desperately needed to do updating but also wanted to stick with the charm that the house itself carries (it was built in the 30's). Shannon helped us narrow down our tile selections and Greg was there when we ran into old plumbing pipe issues that we didn't realize were hiding in the walls. The crew that worked at our home was courteous and made it a point to always tidy up before they left for the day. Whenever we had a question Shannon was quick to respond to texts and she or Greg would come by daily to review the work with their crew and fill us in on what was going on that day. Overall we are so happy we used Anderson Reconstruction and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for an all around awesome crew to work with!

We used Anderson Reconstruction for a Master bathroom remodel. The job started on time and they had workers there everyday until completion. Their workers were very professional, courteous, and polite. Shannon Anderson not only supervised our job but also helped with the design. She is very knowledgeable about products on the market to help the homeowner with decisions regarding plumbing fixtures, tile, flooring, cabinets, and counter tops. As with all major remodels there were a few "hiccups" along the way. These were always taken care of quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend Anderson Reconstruction for all of your home improvement needs.

Anderson Reconstruction is one of the best general contractors that I have ever worked with. I hired them to convert my outdoor patio into a dining room. They made everything so easy and my dining room came out above and beyond my expectations. They were meticulous about every aspect of the job from carpentry to the lighting, from the design to even the daily cleanup and everything in between. Greg, the owner, had amazing ideas and the drawings of the space really got me thinking how great of a room it could be. Shannon has an amazing eye for design and she really helped bring the room together. Without her I don't think it would have come out as nice as it did. I highly recommend using them for your next renovation you will not be disappointed !!!

We recently had water damage to our home. Some of our requests for changes and additions were challenging. The individual who referred us to Anderson Reconstruction said that they only hire Anderson Reconstruction for their personal needs and professionally they are one of the first businesses contacted. We now know why. From the very first contact with the receptionist to the last person cleaning our home, excellent service was provided. Shannon was in charge of the design and managing the project and she did an outstanding job. She was caring, communicative, friendly, great attention to details and patient. We had a fixed budget however as he project went on that dollar amount increased. Shannon relentlessly did what she could to keep the increasing budget to a minimum. Shannon and the workers went above and beyond making sure that the repairs, updates, additions and cost were well above average. If you are looking for excellent customer service, integrity, quality, hard work, friendliness, employees who care about their work and regular onsite management, I highly recommend Anderson Reconstruction Inc. They’re the only company I recommend. Thank you Mr. Anderson and family for an excellent company, there are very few of you left.
