My flat had very old furniture and decor and I wanted a more modern look. Shanti exactly understood what we wanted and gave us a flat far more than our expectations and within the stipulated time. It has been highly appreciated by friends and family.

We recently had the pleasure of working with an Anthis Design to Interior decorate our new apartment in Mumbai, and I cannot express enough how delighted I am with the stunning transformation. We engaged Anthis Design for the interior work of our 2.5 BHK. We had a wonderful experience with Shanti. She was extremely professional and made the whole process a breeze. She understood our vision for the house and gave us a beautiful design for the home. She ensured that the design translated to cozy, chic home on time. Throughout the process, Shanti regularly brainstormed with us to help us visualise what the place would look like and also keep us in check in terms of functionality and budget. Her inputs on styling the home were absolutely creative and are a testimony to her talent and keen eye. I find her approach to be a perfect balance of form and functionality. When we purchased our flat we had very clear idea on how we wanted the interior to be done . In our search for a good interior designer we found one we were looking for in Ms Shanti Iyer of Anthis Design . Our flat was converted in to a beautiful home by Ms Shanti & her team. She has a listening ear , is easy to work with, has a good design sense and above all has the ability to stay within the budget.We are very happy with the work by Anthis Design and wish them all the best.

Shanti Iyer of Anthis Design gave us the apartment of our dreams last year (see "Rustic Retreat" in her online portfolio). We were looking for a designer who would understand our taste which we believed was a little (or quite?) different from the usual "luxury" apartments you see in Mumbai. We wanted a 'resort' sort of feel, with the feeling of nature brought inside our apartment, with even the living room feel to be cozy and casual rather than posh and formal. We also wanted to try and be as eco-friendly as possible and re-use materials. Shanti understood what we wanted in hardly 1-2 meetings and few exchanges of photos of designs, and after that there as no looking back. She even navigated us towards an interiors style we didn't know we would absolutely love ('industrial') and a major part of the apartment ended having this look. We had a beautiful 4-5 months of time where she would find choices of things already shortlisted according to our taste. More importantly, she saw things with her artist's eye as potentially beautiful looking (or NOT nice-looking) that I could never have been able to visualize. Since we redesigned the entire apartment (a 3BHK) she had to design everything from the civil fixtures to floors, to the furniture, and pick everything from laminates to the knobs on the cupboards. What's more, since I (the woman of the house) have very little eye for accessories, she helped me choose every single home accessory, from soap dispensers to bed covers, to the fruit tray on our dinner table. Nothing that would be visible to a guest was beyond her scope. Also she had the patience to go over literally infinite iterations of some of the spaces in our flat on which we had imposed some very challenging and unusual requirements. The result of such painstaking effort is (in our hard-to-keep-humble opinion :) ) - nothing short of stunning. Shanti gave us a house that has 'us' stamped all over it, but one that we ourselves never could have actually achieved - that is what her unique talent is. Finally, she had told us from Day 1 that the project would take some x months, and that's exactly how much time it took. The contractor and his team she brings in is also very efficient. We moved into our apartment last year (in 2020) 2 weeks before lockdown - we never got bored and almost everyday would thank Shanti and her team for giving us an apartment in which being locked down was almost a joy of its own!.

Having seen Shanti’s previous projects, I had decided to get my house designed by her even before I had actually bought it and she did complete justice to it. Juggling between home and work,I always wanted to come back to a house which gave me a peaceful and zen vibe. She designed my house in greige colour with minimalist and modern style which is very spacious , easy to maintain and of course gives a feeling of tranquility while keeping every ones requirement and budget in mind. Shanti has excellent interpersonal skills.She very subtly manoeuvred my choices so as to fit the theme of my house whenever she felt that my preferences went against it. In my journey with her,I realised that not only is she an amazing friend but an even better professional. COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR MORE.

This was our 1st home in Mumbai and it was a very special moment for me and my husband. We were actually not sure if we wanted to engage a professional designer as we were a little paranoid that it would lack a personal touch. This was our thinking until we met Shanti! She was extremely receptive during the entire process, especially with us with constantly coming up with new / conflicting ideas. We wanted our house to give calming, relaxing, and vacation like vibe (inspired by Bali coastal looks). We wanted to keep it simple and cozy, yet have a vibe of its own. Shanti constantly brainstormed with us, helped with reimagining / visualizing ideas, while also calling out practical and budgetary challenges (helped keeping things real!). Working with her really showed me what good design can do for a space. I love it. Shanti and her team worked with us to create the design, helped source and buy most of the pieces, helped us by taking us to the right places, accompany us for our home shopping. All along, she and her team kept in touch with us by meeting us or over phone or WhatsApp. Shanti and her team delivered our dream home within aggressive timelines and worked with us to get optimum results. Excellent (and personal) service is all we can say. When we redo our home / move to a new space, Shanti will be our go to person.

It was such a pleasure to work with Shanti while creating my daughters room and our terrace garden and sit out - she helped us visualise it and manifest it based on the means we had to create it - Her peaceful demeanour and her willingness to listen is what made the project so much fun and brought in a sense of flow, ease and joy During this lockdown - enjoying the spaces she created over a year ago even more and express heartfelt gratitude for her skill and passion Waiting to do the next room now - our sons room !!!

Shanti at Anthis design helped me find the perfect look for my first house. Her recommendations for fittings, cabinetry, upholstery and tiles were fabulous.
