At Lockside Design Partnership, we are proud to say we work on a variety of projects including the following: •Residential •Commercial •Leisure •Community Residential Working closely with individual clients, from inception through design to the finished product. Advising on design, builders, tendering and layout. The practice has vast experience in all aspects of residential design from changing internal layouts to new build houses. The practice also has vast experience in designing housing estates. Lockside Design will also to deal with the changing face of the Local Authority through all stages (Planning, Building Regulations and site work), ensuring the minimal of input from the client. Commercial We cover all areas of commercial work including farms, offices, factories and warehouses to car parks, historical buildings and providing future use for empty properties. We would suggest a feasibility study to start with and moving on to annual plans. We will also handle the design, production and tender stages of your project. Ensuring that a practicle, well designed finished article is produced – wether this is an extension, new build or re-designing what you already have. Leisure Lockside Design has been involved in re-developing race coures, building new leisure centres, golf courses, cricket pitches/pavillions/function suites. As a practice we were heavily involved in ‘future proofing’ Haydock Park Racecourse – providing new winners facities, jockeys changing rooms, champagne bars, areas and building for the stewards, television areas. Community We have been involved with Housing Associations for the past 35 years including amentity space and parks. These areas include housing and flats, whilst ensuring a high quality of design is kept through out the process.
