Bella Estates was hired to add a second floor to an existing old house. The bottom floor will remodeled in the future. We could not be happier with the outcome. Andria's attention to detail is 2nd to none.

Andria handled a pretty large project for me that took about 6 weeks. She even managed problems I caused. I had 2 subs that I wanted to use. They were awful and Andria still managed it well and fixed my errors. We did a significant kitchen and living room remodel along with adding hardwood floors throughout the rest of our house. She moved walls, moved plumbing, managed everything from start to finish. She only works with great subs and has very high expectations. Her eye for detail won't let anything go. If she sees that a sub cut a corner or didn't finish something to her liking, she is on it! I can't say enough about how well she communicates. Every time I got stressed about something she kept things calm and moving forward. I am about to start another project on another house and I wouldn't work with anyone else.

We used Andria and her team of contractors for our first ever home renovation. We completely gutted our kitchen, knocked down 3 walls and updated the living and dining area's. We are very happy with the results. Andria was always very responsive to our texts, calls and emails at all hours of the day. She is very knowledgeable and was able to recommend styles that fitted the aesthetic we had in mind. Her contractors (led by Jose) were very reliable and extremely efficient!! The job was completed in just over two weeks and we paid pretty much exactly what we were quoted. We would highly recommend Andria and her team for anyone considering a renovation.

We had a fabulous experience working with Andria and her Bella Estates crew. We had them add a ceiling to our 2 story family room and the quality of their work was great. The crew was on time each day and cleaned up at the end of each day of the project. They completed the job in 4 days-a day ahead of schedule for exactly the cost estimate that was given . We requested a quote for removing a wall and improving site lines from the kitchen. Andria made additional recommendations and gave us a quote for both options. Even with bad weather the project was done one day early and turned out better than we imagined. Andria and her workers were wonderful to work and very responsive. If I need construction work on my house again I won't hesitate to use Bella Estates.

Bella Estates (Andria Lai) remodeled our home in May 2013, and did a fabulous job. The contractors were professional, respectful of my property and did an amazing job. We have worked with Bella Estates (Andria Lai) between 2002 and 2004 and on various occasions since then. To come to the point, Andria is the best! She is creative, collaborative, devoted to quality, very hardworking and gives good value. In September 2002, we bought a house that needed a lot of work. Designed in the 70's, it needed structural work and facilities upgrade throughout (kitchen, bathrooms all other rooms). We started working with Andria almost immediately; she personally worked on designs, obtained any necessary approvals, did all the materials purchasing, set her team to work and made sure that all was finished to a high standard. She also carried out the landscaping. There was tight budget control throughout and we met cost and time targets. In 2004, we decided to install a second floor. This was an even bigger project since it involved building a staircase in the center of the house, constructing the upstairs facilities (bathroom, study, media room game room, etc) and changing the roof line; it added approx 2000 sq ft. We turned to Andria and again she performed. She worked with architects and engineers on design, obtained the necessary approvals and finished the project on time and budget. The house is now 6,300 sq ft; everone that visits the house is very complimentary. Whenever we have the chance, we confidently recommend Andria to friends and acquaintances who are planning changes and we continue to use her services whenever needed.

I have used Bella Estates on several occasions for remodeling projects. While they seem to specialize in high-end new-builds, I never felt that I received anything but the most professional, courteous attention, even for my smaller projects. Every project has been done on time and on budget. And the quality of materials and work they've done - especially for the price - will make me use them again, without hesitation, next time I need anything done around the house. I've yet to find (or hear of) another builder that compares. Top notch. I feel lucky to have stumbled across Bella Estates!
