Andrews Refinishing

Andrew's Refinishing holds customer satisfaction to the highest standard. However, this customer did not want to try and resolve anything with us and without even seeing her furniture, wanted a discount for our services. After weeks of emails trying to resolve the issues, we agreed to give her a discounted price to move on. Because of the situation, we required her to sign a final payment agreement. We delivered to her home, where she finally saw the pieces for the first time and verbally said that everything looked good. She signed the final agreement and paid for the reduced balance. This is where it gets weird, she signed the agreement in DISAPPEARING INK. She then disputed the credit card charges. (We challenged the dispute and won) She has since posted 1 star reviews on almost every platform she could and also had her husband and father post 1 star reviews (Who we never worked with.)
