I had the pleasure of collaborating with David and Dave from Andreozzi Architects on a renovation project last year. From the start I was impressed by their talent, professionalism and attention to detail. Their projects are impeccable and gorgeous, and they are a wonderful team to work with.

Over the past 15 years my husband and I have renovated many homes. Our most recent purchase required the assistance of a professional to help us change the look of the house. A family member, who owns a house designed by Andreozzi Architects, suggested we give them a call. Working with David Andreozzi and Dave Rizzolo was a positive experience from the start. They immediately eased our concerns and plunged into delivering a stunning design, never discounting our input or desires. Working with people on such a personal project as their home requires special people who care about their clients’ needs with the ability to mold those needs into something useful and beautiful. Andreozzi Architects simply get it.

Each new home is a piece of art – a masterful play of form, space, materials and light. The same attention is given to renovations. The building is analyzed to the 1/8th inch! An “X-ray” of sort is produced and studied to ensure that the new space blends seamlessly with the existing space. You are in good hands with David and Dave. They are a pleasure to work with!

Not only do Andreozzi Architects design gorgeous homes from top to bottom, they also are a great choice for planning additions and renovations to existing structures. Our home is nearly 100 years old, and it is part of an old-fashioned, close-knit community. In contemplating our renovation, we were faced with several concerns: 1) addressing the physical needs of our family/lifestyle, 2) providing structural integrity for our older home, 3) integrating the existing charm/character of our home's interior with modern improvements, and 4) having the new exterior look as if it had always been a part of our neighborhood (only better!). They were pleasant and easy to work with, they were patient with us (!), they listened intently, kept detailed notes, drafted meticulous plans, and made modifications as requested without hesitation. Our family functions so much better in our reconfigured spaces, because at last, our home fits the needs of our family. The flow between the interior and exterior of our home is also greatly improved. It is such a pleasure to sit in our new space and look out onto our neighbors homes. David and the team created beautiful visual references to other homes and framed the sight lines perfectly. Similarly, neighbors have commented to us about how much they appreciate the care that was taken to to craft renovations that simply fit and "belong." As a general contractor the more information you have to accomplish the task is essential for pricing, understanding the scope, communicating with sub-contractors, and coordinating the various facets of the project, and most importantly provides the client with the best information to make informed decisions so that their project is smooth and lives up to their expectations. Working with David and his staff has proved to always be beyond expectation, the detail that is provided is exceptional and the coordination of the drawings is painstakingly accurate. Andreozzi Architects is knowledgeable and passionate about the work they do. David and his team have worked with us through two addition projects; a family room and ante-room/master bedroom suite. David guided us in selecting materials that are perfect for our space and we love the end result. The addition is seamless, looking as though it has always been part of our original home. The new space far exceeds our initial vision.
