I purchased 12 of Amerock H55451 hooks. One came with the screws missing. Their customer service first said I should buy the screws from a local hardware store. I called again and got a different agent and this time they said they would only send this out if contacted by the retailer (Build.com which is listed as authorized on the Amerock website) . I understand if this was a major part but for a couple of screws this is unacceptable. I have had similar situations with other hardware companies like TopKnob, Emtek, etc. and they are always very helpful in sending out the missing parts right away and of course to begin with apologizing for the issue they have caused. Amerock had a quality control problem in this case which happens but refused to accept that and try to solve it quickly.

Hardware Hut

Amerock is what we like to refer to as the standard in cabinet hardware. They have been around for many many years, they offer the latest styles at a very reasonable price. Amerock offers cabinet hinges to match their knobs and pulls and are one of only a handful of companies that do so. They ship within a few days of placing an order, a little slower than industry standard but not unreasonable.
