ASP - America's Swimming Pool Company of Dallas

I contracted with Darren Kesler at ASP in 2015 to repair a leak in my pool and gel coat the fiberglass shell that makes up the surface of the pool. The repair has held, but the gel coat was applied incorrectly and started to pit where they did not properly clean the surface before application. I called to ask how long the warranty is on the treatment and it is 1 year so I am out of luck. I hired a more competent pool company to fix the damage. When I contacted ASP, they said they don't do get coating. I certainly agree that they don't do it well. I knew I should be concerned when the original project took about a year to compete. While the pool was usable, Darren didn't not come out to complete the installation of the fixtures until June of 2016, about 10 months after the project start. The only reason I was able to leverage the completion is that there was a small outstanding balance. I don't think this type of repair is in their wheelhouse. Based on their lack of knowledge and poor installation, I am forced to repeat the process again only 4 years later. I would stay away from ASP.

ASP does great work at our home. Major improvement over our previous vendor. The clarity of the water is much crisper, the ASP team is attentive, and we definitely feel we receive great service from ASP

Darren Kesler and Roy did a great job from start to finish on my swimming pool project. They consistently stated what would happen, when, and then it did. Very happy with their level of involvement and time spent on the job site. Highly recommend!

My wife & I have been ASP customers since 1999. They service our pool weekly and did a less extensive pool remodel for us 10 years ago. This project was a lot bigger. We replaced the tile, coping, and pool surface and had our stamped concrete pool deck cleaned, stained and sealed. The planning process was very professional. They came to us...early on a Sunday morning in one case...to measure everything out and we went to their showroom to pick everything out. They had a very diverse selection of products, to say the least. My wife & I went back and forth about what we wanted, and ended up settling on top end products all around, with upgrades! It was worth every penny. I highly recommend the wireless control unit, iAquaLink. Extra cost, but worth it. ASP even recommended a really cool upgrade during the project...inlaying glass tiles in the steps. We absolutely love it and are thankful we went for the top end materials. As is the case with any job on this scale, there were a couple of bumps in the road, but ASP did not make excuses, they apologized profusely, and then QUICKLY and professionally made it right at no additional cost. Another thing that impressed me was when they discovered that they had under-priced an item by nearly $1,000...they honored the original bid. ASP is a high-integrity company that does fantastic work. I am happy to (and have) provided a referrnce for them...and they've brought clients by to see our pool...we're proud to show it off! Well done, ASP!!!

I had a 45 year old pool that was very large. ASP remodeled it and completely updated everything. It looks beautiful and they did a super great job. All the employees were very professional and totally knowledgeable.

This is a business dedicated to serving the customer. Regardless of whether it's a monthly maintenance contract, complete renovation or in my case pool equipment repair, I highly recommend!
