Peter Gold, always convivial, always helpful, never gets rattled...designed a new kitchen for us, and it is beautiful. Peter directed us to a a large center as a source for beautiful granite, (Galleria in Middletown, CT) as well as another source for appliances. We purchased a bundle of 3 by Samsung. Peter's associate, Mark, helped in selecting the stone tile backsplash that beautifully complemented the granite countertop. My contractor, Paul Gregory, who actually sent me to Peter Gold to begin the design process, oversaw implementation of the project, worked well and seamlessly with everyone, first bringing Peter to the old kitchen for measuring and ideas. The men who ripped out the old and installed the new were meticulous - yes, meticulous - in installation of our quarter-sawn oak cabinets; upgrading plumbing and electrical; repainting walls as needed, etc. Our house is quite old so much work had to be done to keep cabinets level. We are delighted with our new kitchen. It was worth the money and the mess! When photos become available, I will forward them. At this moment, I don't see a way of uploading them, anyway. Please advise.

Recently renovated our kitchen with the help of American Tile & Stone. Along with the fabulous design, Pete walked us through the entire process and was able to get us a great deal for amazing cabinets. Our new kitchen is set up perfectly and we constantly get compliments on the look. We also sourced our tile there and basically everything else in the kitchen. Definitely plan to go back when we renovate a bathroom next. Can't say enough how great Pete was to work with. Highly recommended.

We LOVE our new kitchen. Pete Gold worked with us. He did a fantastic job designing our kitchen and selling us the cabinetry and hardware. It was great to be able to see how the kitchen was going to look in 3-D instantly on the giant flat screen TV in the store, which helped greatly in our making all of the necessary decisions. Together, we covered every detail, not missing a single possible modern kitchen feature. This is a company that stands behind its products. Some of the material arrived imperfect from the cabinet manufacturer and American Tile & Stone replaced it quite quickly so as not to hold up the project. Pete also referred us to a contractor who he had worked with many times and who did a great job installing everything at a very reasonable price. The entire job was done within 6 weeks. Most importantly, my wife is happy with this fantastic kitchen--Happy Wife, Happy Life!

We recently completed a renovation and new construction project. We purchased kitchen cabinets, 2 bath vanities, tile flooring, granite and draw fixtures. The attentiveness, expertise and knowledge of both Pete and Will is unparalleled. We appreciated they recommendations and advice. I used this firm as the supplier of cabinets and counter surfaces for a large basement finishing project. I found their inventory of store material to be outstanding, so that I never felt I needed to look elsewhere for alternatives. Their prices were reasonable, not low and not excessive. The staff was very helpful for in-store advice, though I never felt or asked them to take a lead on design suggestions. There was just one site visit (to verify cabinet measurements). All the material ordered was delivered in good condition and ready for install. When a bit of extra material was required, which occurred several times, it was quickly obtained so that the overall basement project stayed on track. They're excellent and reliable in their space. I felt I could trust them, and am happy to recommend them.

He carries good quality products with a wide variety of designs/finishes and has reasonable, competitive pricing. He is great to work with! Stone/Tile: I have worked with American Tile and Stone for a few years now. Will, the showroom owner as well as the sales people there, are always eager to help whether I need assistance in product selection, product information or special orders. They are very courteous with my clients and offer competitive prices. American Tile and Stone carries a wide variety of traditional and modern porcelain and decorative tiles, as well as natural stones. I love working with them!
