Frank and his team did a phenomenal job on our kitchen renovation. Their attention to detail and ability to identify creative solutions are both outstanding. Frank and his team take tremendous pride in making sure that craftsmanship and unmatched quality are their primary focus. I would recommend Frank and his team to anyone for any large renovation project.

My kitchen renovation project experience was amazing and dealing with Frank and Jenny, the owners, is what made that experience possible. The initial scope of the project was done by Frank and it was followed up with giving me a few options along with some amazing graphics. Any follow-up questions were answered promptly. This really set the stage and convinced me to go with this company. The estimated time for the job was four months and they were able to complete it in three weeks. Moreover, never went over budget. The crew working on this project was very professional and knowledgeable. Frank is extremely knowledgeable and very solution oriented and Jenny was really helpful as well. I highly recommend Zen Cabinetry!

They charged me a re-stocking fee without telling me that there’s a 25% re-stocking fee. When I returned the left over flooring, I was charged $160. I wouldn’t recommend this company due to their poor customer service. The lady that works there is extremely helpful but it’s is the owner that failed to notify us when we first purchased the flooring.

We do charge 20% restocking fee following our store return policy. It applies to left over floorings, assembled cabinets, and any other none-resalable items. Many of these building materials are not reusable. Our return policy is considered the most reasonable one. I wish you did have check out our return policy posted in our showroom before made your purchase.

Midfield my Carbinet that I ordered from Homedepot and later found out could not fit my small kitchen space. The company provide a very professional advice on how to modify the cabinet and charge a reasonable price. My carbinet was modified in the same day when I sent to the company for consortation.

It takes forever to get an estimate and you must pay for the them to come out and then wait MONTHS for the estimate. Maybe because the project was small. It's all about their business, bottom-line and getting larger contracts. I couldn't hire them considering it took over 3 months to get a cost estimate back. I wasted time going to the showroom 3 times...initial and follow up. Don't do it would be my advice.

I am saddened by your untruthful review. I understand your frustration. A home renovation process is not always as simple as what are shown on TV. Like I have explained to you many time in my previous emails to you:

" It must be a misunderstanding somewhere in our communication.

I have personally visited you for your home improvement consultation, I spent about two hours my time to measured your kitchen counter-tops, exploring all the options of either just changing the counter top or do-over the entire kitchen, and gave you an estimate right at your home. You were happy with the estimate and commissioned me further designed the entire kitchen and two bathrooms. We have spent many hours of our time to design and calculate in details about your kitchen and two bathrooms renovation plan. We have sent you a full package of 3D design images explaining in details what would your new kitchen and bathroom would be. Three blueprints of your new kitchen and two bathrooms and a itemized cost of this sizable project. You have paid $150 to compensate our time of work.

We can redesign it differently, set project in a few of phases or using less expensive materials if the budget is bigger than what you were expected. The word of "SHAM" and "stole" that you used many times in your emails are overused these days but are not applied to us. As we explained to you upfront, this $150 fee will be reimbursed back to you should you choose to purchase any materials or service from us. You are welcome back to discuss that in details, but please do not use those insulting words. Hate doesn't solve any problems. A untruthful review doesn't solve any problem either."

Zen Cabinetry did a wonderful job on the complete overhaul of our 40-year old kitchen. They gutted the kitchen down to the studs and reworked the layout of the kitchen to make it more open to the family room and breakfast area. We also purchased cabinets from Zen Cabinetry which came in on time and were of solid quality. At the beginning of the project, Frank Wang, the owner, did a digital work up of the new kitchen layout to help us with the visualization of the new kitchen. The entire crew was professional, courteous, and reliable during the entire time of the construction. There were a number of issues that surfaced during the construction, but Frank offered good suggestions to help us through each one. Frank is easy to work with, always there and accessible, and kept us on budget. We love our kitchen and would recommend Zen Cabinetry to our friends and family.

Zen Cabinetry did a fabulous job installing new cabinets when we sold our home. Frank Wang was very easy to work with. He helped us select a new style and color that would appeal to potential buyers. His crew removed old cabinets and completed the installation and cleanup with professionalism. When the old cabinets came off, I saw I needed to repair the walls before installation of the new cabinetry. Frank gave me good guidance on how to do that. Frank also resolved a longstanding problem with a draft from behind the cabinets. The cabinets were very, very nice. I sourced the counter-top and sink from another vendor and Frank was very helpful with information about how to ensure proper fit. My experience was very positive and I would use Zen again.

After approaching 5 contractors for our kitchen and powder room remodeling project, we finally contracted Zen (Frank Wang) to do the the job. We couldn't be happier about his professionalism, attention to details, work quality, and project schedule control. But the most impressed is his problem solving ability, which is critical to the project, given that our house was built in 1967. Along the progress, he earned our trust with his straightforward communications and customer satisfaction mindset. We have been so happy working with him and are now ready to contract him for the second project.
