Alpine Furniture Company

I purchased a relatively expensive dining room table made by Alpine Furniture Co. and when it was delivered, it was missing an integral part, not hardware but a major wood piece. I contacted Alpine Furniture, sent them multiple pictures, receipt, etc. and have now been told the style has been discontinued and the piece is not available, although I still see that exact table for sale at stores listed under 'where to buy' on their website. So my only option at this point is to un-assemble the heavy wood table that I was in the middle of assembling, and hire and pay someone with a truck to return it to the retailer where I purchased it. I am not only going to be out time and money to handle what is Alpine Furnitures mistake, I am not going to be without a dining table for an event I have scheduled at my home. I am an older, single woman and can not stress enough the hassle, inconvenience and expense I am having to go through due to the cheap, sub-par, zero quality control (yet expensive) furniture Alpine manufactures overseas. I would never purchase another Alpine Furniture product again and would suggest to anyone considering it, to look elsewhere for furniture. Alpine does not stand behind their products and puts the burden on the customer when a piece is missing or damaged. And what a huge inconvenience and expense that becomes.

We have used Jason and Jill at Alpine Furniture for almost all of the furniture at our ski house in Leadville. Hand made furniture is an art form and Alpine kills it. Killer craftsmanship, beautiful work and this stuff will last your lifetime and yours children's lifetimes. Just as important to us, Jason and Jill are good peops who are easy and fun to work with. They understand our needs as remote owners and are always willing to do whatever needs to get done. Impossible to say better things about Alpine Furniture, Jason and Jill. We highly recommend them.

I contacted Alpine Furniture to request a custom design and crafting of a rustic bathroom vanity, tall cabinet and vanity mirrors. We discussed materials and desired sizes and quickly came to an agreement for the final product. It was delivered within the expected timeline and all pieces were stunning. I have received numerous compliments on the furniture and provided Alpine's name with strong recommendations.

My wife and I hired Alpine Furniture Company on two separate occasions to build custom furniture after being referred to them by one of their customers. They built a wood pedestal stand for our wash/dryer and a worm-wood Queen size bed frame with head board. Both had drawers and both were very well constructed. The bed was easy to put together and is super solid. It's look great and we love it. The pedestal is quite functional. As with most custom construction, there were changes we made that caused some delay, but Jason communicated with us very well every step of the way. We think Alpine Furniture Company provides quality furnishing at competitive pricing. We are pleased to be a reference for them..
