Really Sharp Looking Deck All Weather Decks has excelled at every stage of our deck rebuild. Our deck was 20 years old, the boards were spongy, and it was a bit small. We wanted to add square footage and put a roof over it. We set up a date to meet with JD Zlab and he went over our ideas, offered suggestions, and gave us a ball park figure that let us know whether we could afford to move forward. There is financing available if needed. We did and destruction and construction started soon. We got to know the talented workers over the next couple weeks. They were extremely hard-working men that we trusted. They asked a few questions but they had done this job enough to know exactly what to do. We were amazed at how accurate all cuts to the boards and trims were. We have not found one mistake. We were also pleased that when they knew we were having a holiday party, they came and finished the last item that morning so everything was perfect for our day. We read the reviews and chose AWD based on the kind words others had to say. We agree and highly recommend. You will not be disappointed using All Weather Decks.

My request was that the deck be torn down and rebuilt to be totally maintenance free. The entire process was efficient and hassle-free. The sales rep, JD, came over to explain the process, brought samples and answered all my questions in an honest and professional way. JD also answered the phone and returned my calls even after the project was complete. I received the proposal electronically which was customizable to add or subtract certain features and the price would reflect the change. I also appreciated that I could make the payments online. Before the project was to start, the project manager (Alex) called with the start date and gave me his phone number in case I had any questions. Alex also answered the phone when I reached out a few days later to check on something. The crew (Diego and Luis) that built the deck were professional, respectful of my property, hardworking and very pleasant. The result of their work was a beautiful, well-constructed deck. The surrounding landscape and rocks were returned to their original positions and my entire yard was clean of any construction debris. I am so impressed with the quality and the appearance of my new deck.

R.J., our sales consultant was professional, friendly and always available when we had questions, our builders Manny and Jesus were professional, efficient and listened to our concerns. Osvaldo, the project manager explained everything and made the building process easy to understand. We asked for a sturdy and beautiful deck, and they nailed it.

He was engaging, honest, not pushy and available to answer each and every question or concern we had. The All Weather Decks team took care of getting our permit and supplied us with the information we needed for our HOA. Our construction crew were the absolute best. They were friendly, efficient and cleaned up every last piece of construction debris. More importantly the produced a phenomenal deck. The looks exceeded our expectations. The price was right in line with other estimates we received and quite honestly, we believe a superior product. We will recommend All Weather Decks to anyone.

I am in love with my new patio! All Weather Decks built the gable roof cover for my patio and I couldn’t be happier! Warren was my 1st contact with the company. He came out to hear my vision and give me an estimate. He was prompt, thorough, professional and always responded to me quickly with a great attitude, no matter how many questions I had. Alex, was the project manager and although I didn’t have much contact with him, he was very responsive and professional when I did reach out with any questions. Jeff was the builder and he and his crew were in and out quickly and did a great job on the build and clean up. Armando did all of the electrical work and he was a pleasure to work with. He communicated well with me, was prompt, professional and did a great job! He even came back several times to check out a few things that I had questions on. I’m very pleased with the work and I can’t wait to enjoy my new patio!

All Weather Decks is a professional deck company. They are not the cheapest, they charge a fair price for their quality work and they are worth it. They have so many decking options at their show room. They are responsive, explain all that you need to know, show up as promised when its time to do the project, are on time and do the job right. There are a lot of people in the deck build space. There are very few who communicate consistently and in a timely manner and build a high quality deck. Steve Hodes was our Account Manager. He met with us multiple times and made sure we built with the right materials. He was patient and attentive throughout the entire process. Alex was the on site manager. Alex was always available and made sure that the job was done right while going the extra mile throughout the process. I highly recommend All Weather Decks for anyone who wants to get a job done right, on time without having to chase down the details. Easy and best decision we made.

All Weather Decks Review This is to let you know what kind of a company you are dealing with at All Weather Decks (AWD) Kansas City. About eleven years ago we expanded our deck. We choose to use composite materials on the surface. However, the foundation had to use real wood. It was about this time that pressure treatment of wood had to change. The new process was not as effective as the old method. This could lead to potential wood rot. So in December 2021 we discovered that one half of the support wood for the deck and all the fascia was rotten. The lumber company after some time said they would cover new lumber, but not the labor. Needless to say, AWD stepped up and covered the labor. They said, “The customer has a guarantee with us for quality, labor, and we will stand by you.” So if you want a deck, replace an old one, or do any other outdoor living additions this is your company.
