Allen Builders & Remodeling Incorporated

My wife and I had Allen Builders come and give us an estimate for a bathroom remodel. We were excited when we met the guys who came - they were friendly, clean and professional. They told us we would have a quote in a week. The scope of the project was a downstairs gut and remodel and upstairs conversion of half bath into a full. Three weeks after meeting them, and several phone calls later, a quote was finally sent. The quote for the two parts of the project was literally copied line by line and priced ridiculously high. I understand if a couple bathroom remodels isn't their bread and butter. However, I feel that they wasted my time by not saying so. If I hadn't called them, I have no doubt that they never would have sent a quote at all. Extremely discourteous and rude treatment.

We had a great experience with Allen Builders. They were very professional and easy to work with. We received bids from 3 different contractors before making our selection. We chose Allen Builders because they weren't afraid to ask questions of our design choices and to make suggestions during the renovating process when something might work better a different way. We visited the site frequently and all the workers were friendly, clean, and respectful. Overall, wonderful experience!
