Fabulous service all round. Charlie has a great rapport with her builders and customers. She is flexible, happy to support customer with ideas and where to source finishing touches as needed. She is also very good at working with builders to overcome any problems. We got the kitchen/back room redevelopment we wanted with the minimum of disruption possible.

We chose Alldone to replace our kitchen this year as this company had built a room extension to our existing house 14 years ago. We were happy with the outcome then and we've used Alldone since for smaller projects. They are swift to reply to any request. All work was completed quickly and within the stated timeframe. In April 2022 we approached Alldone for ideas about our kitchen. It was designed and fully installed within 8 weeks. The project manager Charlotte Avara was onsite daily. She kept us informed and was always available for any questions we had. There were no supply issues. All kitchen units and equipment were delivered before work started. We would definitely recommend them and would use them again in the future if we had a similar project.

Charlie's crew is first rate. We renovated a grade 2 Georgian house in Islington while we were overseas and unable to handle the day to day decisions in person. We were however, able to communicate directly with Charlie by Facetime and What's App and were very comfortable . Charlie is a listener and her experience and pragmatism gave us exactly what we wanted with no surprises.

We hired All Done for a complete renovation and redecoration of a Victorian terrace in London, and would highly recommend. Extremely clear and detailed quotation, and a well-managed and friendly team who were in every day to get the project done at an impressive pace. Any problems that cropped up were solved with ease. We particularly love a set of alcove cabinets and bookshelves that were built to fit our very wonky walls at a fraction of the cost that other companies were quoting.

Charlie and her team did an amazing job on the refurbishment of my house in Islington. It was a complete overhaul of a Grade II listed house, with all the pitfalls and surprises that it entails, and in spite of all these the job was completed on time and on budget. The core team are great, with a few craftsmen who really care about detail and quality - quite rare in general building firms. But having a woman at the helm makes a huge difference. Charlie cares enormously about the end result, and understands the brief in a way that other builders would struggle to. As a result she can spot problems on site well before they get out of hand, and takes responsibility for getting things fixed. Most importantly she is trustworthy. I recommend her and her colleagues whole-heartedly.

Charlie, proprietor of All Done Design was engaged by me to project manage the installation of a passenger lift from the ground floor to the second floor which required the converting of the 2nd floor bathroom into a shower room/laundry room and lift access lobby. There were complications with the lift installation which Charlie solved. Throughout Charlie was on-site when required and always cheerfully resolved what seemed to be intractable problems.

A great team of builders who produce very high quality work. Dominic McKenzie Architects have worked together with All Done Design on a couple of residential projects both in Islington - one the conversion and extension of a top floor flat in Highbury, the other the extension and renovation of a large house in Barnsbury. All Done's focus is on high end residential work but I have also recently recommended them to a friend of mine for his office fitout. It is always a pleasure to work with director Charlie Avara who is great with clients and positive and enthusiastic about producing the best possible finished product. Their budgets are reasonable and they work hard to meet deadlines.

As a property developer, I have had the chance of working with Charlie (All Done Design) and her team on several projects including a wine cellar extension and a through-out refurbishment of a high-end St John's Wood flat. She is a great person to work with with a great team packed with talented people. I look forward to collaborating with All Done on our future projects...
