My goal is to attract prospective buyers to sell your home faster and for more money. After assessing a home's interior and exterior features, I provide a course of action for you to prepare for staging day. My preferred method for staging is to bring in trending furniture, artwork, and accessories. However, I also work with homeowners to use their own furnishings to create a desirable design solution to showcase the property. For those occupied homes that need the extra wow-factor, I provide décor accessories including lamps, bed linens, artwork, and florals. I absolutely love Alicia. She listens carefully to the needs of the client and more than delivers. She is willing to work with existing furnishings and accessories in the home, thereby saving the client a lot of money. She recently staged a home for a couple in their ninetees and went above and beyond to ensure their needs were well taken care of. She is very easy to work with and certainly eliminates a great deal of stress for the seller as well as the agent. I would not hesitate to refer her to anyone who needs a kind courteous diligent hard working stager. Thank you Alicia!!!!

Utterly paralyzed.. Not knowing where to begin, Alicia helped me from the start to the very end. She had a vision that I was lacking. I had an idea what I wanted regarding the look of my home but no idea how to make it happen. Hiring Alicia literally was the best decision I made in this process!!!
