I am so fortunate to have connected with Allie. She absolutely deserves the coveted 5 Star rating! I recently purchased a new home in Chapel Hill, NC and was immediately overwhelmed by all the choices I needed to make regarding painting, landscaping, tile, appliances, closet shelving, window / floor coverings and new furnishings. The only vendor that did not have a delay, a mix-up or a disappointment was Ethan Allen. My design consultant, Allie Jensen, was a lifesaver. She has an excellent eye for exactly what will work in my living space and made multiple trips to my home to ensure that we were making the right choices. Allie has always been extremely attentive to my budget and my personal style. I have been thrilled with her design advice, the superb quality of Ethan Allen products and the follow through from purchase to delivery. It has been a worry-free experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Allie and Ethan Allen for their wonderful service, attention to detail and the timeless beauty of their furniture. I am very confident that it was money well spent.

I stopped at Ethan Allen in late August and was 'just looking' to see what the current trends and styles were with a focus on area rugs. Allie introduced herself and offered help. At first I was hesitant because I really was just looking to get ideas and I didn't want to waste her time. She was so nice and not pushy in any way. She offered to show me rugs and before I knew it, we were pulling out fabrics and putting together a whole new look for my family room that would complement my newly remodeled kitchen. That very day Allie came to my home, with all of the rugs and fabric samples we had pulled, and before I knew it we had a really awesome plan coming together. It's now 4 months later and I have a fabulous family room and awesome kitchen window treatments. She really guided me and stretched my comfort zone just enough to make it fabulous. I consider Allie a friend now and would highly recommend her.

Allie is the consummate professional. She has excellent instincts when it comes to sensing what her customer wants and how to meet those needs/desires. She has an incredible knowledge of Ethan Allen products across the board and exudes confidence and commitment to quality when presenting her design suggestions. On a personal note, I have to thank Allie for putting up with my indecisiveness on making my choices. It took over 2 months for me to decide on my new living room and Allie was extremely patient with me. But now that I have enjoyed my new living room for almost a month, let me say that we both did very well. I am looking forward to my next project with Allie, that is a new bedroom which I hope to start working on after the new year! Thanks again Allie and Ethan Allen.

We have had the opportunity to work with Alexandra Jensen for some bedroom furniture, and we are thrilled that she will continue to work with us on some other pieces we need for our new home. Alexandra is the consummate professional who not only listens to your requests, but also suggests without making you feel pressured or rushed. She suggested pieces we had not considered but then fell totally in love with. Alexandra does not try to impose her taste on you (one of our fears before talking to a design professional), but rather tries to make your dreams and visions a reality. She is very personable and follows up after sale, and provides just the right amount of suggestive selling without overwhelming anyone. I most highly recommend her.

When we purchased our new home I knew exactly where I wanted to go for new furniture, I had a great experience with Ethan Allen several years ago & knew I would get the same great service. Our designer Allie is wonderful, she's friendly, easy to work with, and really listens to the customer. Allie came to our home with samples and really took the time to make sure we were happy with our selections. I never felt pressured or pushed with Allie, when I said I wanted to take a few days to think things over she said "ok" let me know if you need my help! We are now working on our third room together.

I was fortunate to luck out when I walked into Ethan Allen and got paired up with Allie. She knew her inventory well, has impeccable taste and style and went above and beyond to please me and make selections that I loved! She is easy to get along with, friendly and is excellent at her profession. I could not have been more pleased with my selections and truly enjoyed the experience I had at Ethan Allen with Allie as my home remodeling professional. I recommend her highly if you want an outstanding room remodel!!! I can't wait to see how Allie has transformed my family room... I can't post pictures yet because the furniture hasn't been delivered yet but it is in in just 4 weeks!!!!!
